Improved bar area, great choice at breakfast and brilliant staff.

A big plus for us would be tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. These were provided on request but would be nice to have them already in the room.

I stayed here on business, and It was comfortable, clean, and bright. The evening meal was good as was the breakfast, the hotel and location were suitable for me as i was working 5 minutes down the road.

Car park wasn't big enough for a car and large trailer as I had to leave it on site and collect it in the morning before continuing my journey

You need to ask for cleaning of the room(stayed 3 days), missing refrigerator, need more lights in the room. Two broken light in the hall.

Staff superseded all expectations and EXTREMELY helpful and friendly while we our car had broken down. Maria and Lisbeth were so amazing and friendly during our struggle to get our car fixed.

The Hoel was 2min walk from a great shopping mall and 5min walk from good restuarants. The hotel itself could be said to be a bit dated, however the rooms were exceptionly clean, Wi Fi speed was up with the best. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Plenty of variety with breakfast, everything nice and fresh.

One small thing, the towels could be a bit thicker or maybe time to replace.

Hotel is pet friendly, you pay extra but they had a little snack bag for the dog and a sheet to protect any furniture they might lay on. I chose this hotel as it is conveniently located close to the highway and I was just stopping before continuing my road trip. Breakfast was good, nice christmas atmosphere and candles in the room.

I would have expected the staff to wear a mask but they didn't.

Didn’t have breakfast I do feel that coffee and tea should be available free of charge in the reception area.
