It is a very comfortable room with all the facilities you mainly used during your stay. The television had international channels that you could choose what to watch according to your like. The service response was fast and the receptionists tried to find even any unusual information we asked for, such as how we could buy an actual bottle which the hotel provided us in our room. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of various styles, while the dining area was also pleasant to sit in as a result of the fine decoration. There was also a shopping mall close to the hotel.

The location was good if you wanted to stay in the suburban area with less crowded and traffic jams. However, once you wanted to go to the city centre, it took at least one hour by taxi, even though the taxi used the highway. There was no other transportation available in the area, which sometimes could be a problem if you wanted to explore Jakarta city.

Honestly I’ve done a lot of travelling in my time and this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Truely immaculate. The staff were so friendly and spoke great English. We loved the pool with our baby son and it was never busy so we were able to enjoy. Being connected to a mall was also so convenient, despite being in a metropolitan area it felt like a cozy stay, it was never busy and we never had to wait at the front desk. A real escape while being in the city.

Elsa ar the reception was amazing. We reserved 2 rooms without being able to choose connected rooms. She gave us connected rooms after arriving there. Our daughter has some issues with her tummy due to some food from another place. They were very helpful in making the food exactly as we requested for her. During the night she puked in bed, the cleaning staff was very helpful with cleaning the bed and the room. The place is bussines oriented, but it is also a great option for an overnight stay as it is close to the airport. We couldn’t go outside to visit because the pollution index was very high and our daughter is sensitive, but the hotel is also close to the old Dutch city and pretty close to the port…. From what I saw from the grab.

Staff at check-in was great. Our room was large with separate lounge area and bathroom was large with bath and separate walk-in shower. Attached to a reasonable size shopping mall that had great selection of dining and shopping.

For the room rate, I would say it is the best value of money amongst all the hotels I have stayed during my 10+ years of business travels to Jakarta. Clean, friendly staff and ample amenities for a comfortable 2-3 days stay to get my things done.

If I have to nitpick, the lifts (escalators) are slow and not so "smart". Every wait took 2-3 minutes. So, be prepared to exercise a little patience if you are used to fast lift arrivals. Other than that, nothing I do not like.

The room was really nice and comfortable, just what I needed to relax. I stayed on a high floor, and the view was fantastic! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Another big plus is the location, since the hotel is conveniently connected to a mall next door, making it easy to grab food or do a bit of shopping without needing to go far. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay. I’d definitely come back!

Everything you'd expect from Hilton. Outstanding in all forms. Breakfast was delicious, very asian oriented but you can also this get a freshly made omelette or a fresh pancake or waffle. clean and comfortable room. This time it was also and actual no smoking room as my last stay in Jakarta i woke up with hair smelling like and ashtray. love the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner just a shame the body wash was finished from the night we arrived and not filled back up so i washed with shampoo.. You can walk into a tiny mall from the reception and this was very convenient!

I expected the gym to be a bit more equipt and there was hair all over it even though i went early in the morning. I also missed some healthier breakfast options beside the eggs and fruit. I am also lactose intolerant and for my morning coffee they only has soy milk and it tasted like fish.

First of all, I would like to thank you all for the great service and hospitality starting from the front desk up to the management who contacted with me asking about how pleasant my stay was. Second thing, the hotel was so clean and nice the location was perfect and the mall downstairs was so helpful made my stay so comfortable Breakfast was so good Rooms were so clean and relaxing to stay in the room Bathrooms are clean and towels were given daily and new Shampoo was enough to be used for long stay Much appreciated

Hotel was very nice and we liked our stay so much and everything was so comfortable for us. Nice view from the highest floors (15). Moreover, it's close to the airport. The best housekeeping service I've ever seen in my life from the housekeeper (RIAMA) she brought us a gift for our baby. Also, she likes her job so much by taking care of very tiny datails like tight up our phone charging cables and more. I recommend this hotel.

Minor things like a bit far away from Jakarta attractive places. The water heater was leaking water every time we try to boil water. Some little spots on the sofa. But anyhow we're so satisfied every else is perfect 👍🏼

Very forthcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. Well-equipped room. The location is near the airport and is good for connection. The hotel is located next to the mall. There's direct access to the mall from the hotel

It is very popular with congregations. And when it happens, there are 15-20-minute queues to the lifts. Same story with breakfast. It all needs to be differently organised and managed so that solo travelers didn't feel neglected. Master lights in the room didn't work as intended.
