Friendly staff, clean, good location and great breakfast options.

There was a problem with the drainage where the water will take forever to drain in the shower and face sink. In-room service prices are not updated on the ordering TV device. The room is a bit small.

There is a small mall with many restaurants and a groceries store beside the hotel and a coffee place with live music on weekend.

breakfast was fine and room was clean. Honestly speaking I didn't like at all Samarinda city, so I would definitely recommend, if you are travelling for tourism, to skip Samarinda and try maybe Balikpapan

Great Hotel, clean, room was renovated.

The FO staff was nice, cleaning service staff was helpfull, various breakfast. Location was good & worth for the price.

When entered the room after check in, I found a lil food remaining at sofa from previous guest. Hope next time the cleaning service staff be more carefull when clean up. I think it needs more coordination between hotel & building parking system. I registered my car number & charged for parking fee which should be free of charge. Big thanks to the FO staff for helping me solve this issue.

less of trashbin in the pool cleaning area (wash room). and there's several plastic handscoon from the restaurant's cust that flew over. and there's only a few tv channels (sometimes the dub heard crossover with the original sound, so annoying), also cann't find how to operate youtube (it's smart tv actually)
