I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late. However, the service at the reception, room service, wi-fi, restaurant, they are all amazing employees.

It is a great hotel not for all types of clients and we are not paying a low rate, we pay what the hotel is worth, so, why charge for internet? I didn't have to pay for it, but having to call to get help to get it set up (it was great service), it is a little hazzle, why making your clients having to go throuh that when everyone has free wi-fi?

Incredibly friendly staff, amazing breakfast, great service. One of the best JW Marriotts I‘ve stayed at.

Couldn't have had a better stay. It's a beautiful place. All staff were exceptionally kind, very friendly and professional. Room was super clean, and that is coming from a self professed germaphobe. Breakfast and lunch menu was healthy and delicious. Any problem I had was solved immediately. 10/10.
