Location is extraordinary, the hotel is located at the center of plaza Altozano, having restaurants, cinema, and multiple shops at walking distance.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. My only negative comment is about the bathroom (shower). The shower floor is so so slippery that I almost fall… I mentioned this to my husband as I was worried about my father in law in the room next to us. That morning he also mentioned that he almost fell down in the shower, so he used a towel to stand up during taking a shower. A call out to the hotel… on adapting a proper shower carpet, or something that could minimize that slippery floor.

People were friendly. We arrived considerably early but they were incredibly accommodating, since there were 2 people of advanced age it was truly appreciated having access to the rooms early on. And in the hotel's restaurant they gave us takeaway of hot chocolate cost free. Room size was good and also clean.

It was intensely loud at night, no insulation sound. The building is not as new anymore and would do well with some improvements and updates.

Welcoming staff. Conveniently located attached to an outdoor mall with restaurants. Super comfortable bed and the pillows!!! Rain shower♥️ desk in room. Everything you need. Great value.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I asked for a room with a view ! They gave us the worse room ! Plus we were In a room in the back … looking down at another roof which had a pump that made noise all night long !
