The staff, the swimming pool! Late check-out. Room with the view of Popocatepetl! The comfiest bed!!! Pet-friendly.

Well, maybe the charge for a medium-sized dog was a bit high, but it was worth it for staying in such a comfortable hotel. Grateful our dog was able to accompany us anyways.

Clean and convenient. Staff were super helpful.

Restraunt was good, but the food was always cold. Too bad, because food tasted good, just cold.

The first night the room was very hot but I brought it up to the staff and they fixed the issue right away and the second night was very pleasant.

It was super comfortable, the bed felt great, good sized bathroom for the price, very accesible

Some dishes in the breakfast were lacking flavour, like just a liiiittle salt could have done wonders, but around 75% of the breakfast selection was pretty good

Breakfast flavor was a bit on the mid-bad side. Honestly food felt tasteless to me but it did the job to keep me well fed and it didn't have any regretable aftermath

Besides what's mentioned above I have no other complaint about the hotel

I believe the service and food quality were over my spectations. The location had a nice view to the outside .

Housekeeping service, I had to call and let t hem, know that room was ready for cleaning.

I was told I will be given a room with a view of the Popo volcano, but there wasn’t any. Rooms are quite small but maybe that’s standard size.

Very nice place! The parking guy went out of his way to find us a parking (pickup truck and trailer).The restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. It’s a pet friendly place too.

The rooms can do with some renovation they are a bit dated. Especially the air conditioning is very old and noisy.
