Close proximity to the ski resort which my son was participating @ the state ski race. Beds were comfortable. The lady (staff member) that was helping keep the area stocked for breakfast was very nice and helpful.

We found lots of hair from previous guest(s) in the shower on the floor of the bathroom - Gross! Found a horribly dirty/dusty pair of socks underneath the edge of the bed which means someone hasn't truly vacuumed in that area in quite some time. Front desk staff was not very personable. Seemed crabby and not very engaging w/ greeting when we arrived.

The location was easily located and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area was quite pleasant and comfortable. I would return.

The room I was in had a bit of a funky odor....and I'm quite sure it was not me.

Thought it was expensive for a night stay. 261.00 150.00 would be more appropriate.

Breakfast was under staffed, had to ask for more forks and thought it was a bit too much for 1 person to handle.

I have traveled the US and many countries around the globe....and I must say that your Front Desk representative.....ALICIA....was by far one of the most polite, accommodating, professionals I have come across. My husband and I had traveled all night long to be able to attend a wedding in the area. We were exhausted, hungry, and needed help navigating the area. Alicia was absolutely wonderful! I don't think that people who do great jobs get enough credit and I could not pass up the opportunity to shout her praises! I hope that this survey and acknowledgement of her efforts goes without some recognition and personal contact letting her know that she was DEFINITELY appreciated!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and even stayed an extra night to enjoy the area.

With food allergies, we found the breakfast didn’t offer anything for some of our family members. Some fresh fruit would have been nice.

Comfortable beds, clean room, convenient location. With the location close to Walmart, anything we forgot or snacks we wanted were just a short walk or drive away.

I really don't have anything I didn't like. Everything was super.

Good location. New building very clean.

Mistake on other family reservations who needed two beds in a handicap accessible room. They were totally full so could not make changes.

As a family we had pizzas and subs in the common area. The young lady who was working the front desk was obviously not happy. Actually she was rude and made our pleasant trip unpleasant by her negative behavior. At 9:00 pm she turned off all the lights. Not only on our family, but another family too. She might want to consider another career path. Disappointed with front desk help!

The breakfast was great and there were many choices; eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, etc.

The only problem was from the guests in the room next to ours. They were partying, laughing, screaming from midnight until 2 am. My husband finally asked them to quiet down a bit, and then they made fun of him.

Beautiful breakfast bar area, good breakfast, room was clean and bed was incredibly comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room very large. Staff was friendly.

Hot tub was just warm
