The staff is phenomenal super friendly and professional! Breakfast was good lots of variety, the pool and hot tub are great amenities.

We have stayed at the lodge almost every time we are in town, 13+ years unfortunately it's in need of some serious deep cleaning and/or upgrading. Our room was clean however the carpet needed a good steam cleaning or to be replaced. I made the mistake of walking barefoot and it felt like it was saturated with moisture it also left the bottom of my feet dirty and gross. Our faucet leaked and there was mold in our shower. I understand this is a small farming town and I'm not afraid of a little dirt. Unfortunately this is just neglect and lack of deep cleaning on a regular basis. Not sure if we will stay at the lodge next time we are in town. The staff is amazing and friendly!

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Overall very happy with it. Girl working evenings upon check in was very friendly. One downfall was we booked 2 rooms and they didn’t have them adjoining. Morning of checkout was the biggest downfall, though. Only appeared to be one employee working. Breakfast was busy and food was completely gone too quick- couldn’t keep up. People, including us, had to wait long periods to check out. In fact, they couldn’t even find the lady to check us out so some of the cleaning staff took our cards. The one lone employee also muttered “Jesus” when I set tongs down 6 inches from where they were supposed to go (where she was at the moment). Check out was 7/7. Overall I would recommend the stay (close to interstate too for ease) but the mornings and the rude MIA employee need looked into.

Property was in a good location and quiet.

I booked this online booking a room with a pet for a disclosed amount. I also checked the Best Western website to see if there were any hidden charges and there were not. When I arrived a the hotel I was told there was an additional $20.00 charge for a pet which was NOT listed on either the booking website or the Best Western site. I told this to the registration desk and they did not charge me as I told her it was not mentioned on either website.

The staff was very friendly upon check-in, offering us bottles of water as well. The room was very clean and spacious for our family of 5 to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable— we all slept great! I also loved how quiet it was. Breakfast was wonderful, and the pool and hot tub were amazing! Overall, we had a great stay!

It was just a stop on I-80. Convenient location but the lodge was wonder with a themed interior and lots of amenities from great ice to laundry. Breakfast staff went out of their way to create a positive atmosphere. They even had gluten free options. Fresh food in a clean, enjoyable atmosphere.

It is right on the highway, so a little noisy.

The facility was clean and well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room temperature, bed, and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection of food types. The staff provided fresh-baked cookies in the lobby at check-in, which provided a home-like feel. It's obvious the staff takes great care to provide a great experience. Cabela's and Applebee's were in walking distance.

Staff was extremely friendly, from check in to check out. They genuinely seemed to love our Australian Shepard traveling with my wife and I. The only possible downer was that other guests were negligent on picking up their animal’s poop, but I don’t blame the motel for that. They provided bags for people to use.

Breakfast was good. Everything was kept filled and the lady working the breakfast room was pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was clean but the water in the shower could have been hotter and the drain didn’t work well.

Hot breakfast was not restocked. It appeared that the front desk person was also trying to keep the dining area stocked. They could not deal with the guests who were checking out and the dining area going at the same time. They needed another person.

The breakfast was awesome although we had to wait about 15 minutes before the food was made. By the time the potatoes came out the eggs were cold. The front desk lady was very polite. Seemed happy with her job.

The mattress was uncomfortable but otherwise the room was great!
