The staff were super friendly and accommodating!! The room was also a nice size and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately the elevator was having a few issues whilst we were there and made some weird mechanical noise when it happened to be in use. We took the stairs a couple of times because of this. The rooms also seemed to need some repairs (broken plaster in the ceiling of the shower room for example). Not a big issue but just worth a mention since we were not expecting it :)

The room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. I was surprised they had a lot of options.

Durning checking in, I told the gentleman how excited my granddaughter was to swim in the pool. I paid for my room and went to my vehicle to get get our luggage. On my way back in, we were told the pool was closed because it was broken. The gentleman did offer me the choice to cancel the booking, but I had already paid for the room.

This location was in a good place to position us for the next step of our multi-stop road trip. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was typical, but we were very glad to have it. There is a grocery store and a gas station next door.

Be aware that dining options in Lander are very limited. The landscape (as is the case in all of Wyoming that I saw) was beautiful. The luggage carts were in short supply, but we were able to park near our room.

The fridge hadn't been cleaned from the previous person. Asked about a Bible and found out when leaving that there was supposed to be a note in the drawer if wanted one go to the front desk.

The staff is wonderful! I forgot my very expensive pillow and they called me to let me know! I really, really appreciated that! My kids had a great time playing in the lovely pool, and although I wished the Jets were more powerful in the whirlpool, it still felt great and soothed my aching muscles after days of hiking and exploring.

Check in people were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet. It was close to the gas station and route I needed to travel on. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff very quick to meet the needs of the customers.

Hallways were very hot and not airconditioned.

I liked everything. It was clean and quiet. The TV was huge! That was really nice.

I thought the breakfast was horrible except for the cinnamon rolls, they were the best part!!

Size and view and convenience

The room was a bit tired. Needed to be freshened up. The elevator made noise as did the bathroom without the light/fan being on. There’s some kind of ticking going on.

Awesome staff and great location, walking distance to the downtown. Complimentary breakfast with good selection of meals. There are also complimentary snacks for the dinner, some buns with ham and cheese and also some cookies. This really cheered us up as it was a great refreshment after a long drive. A lot of parking space.

A very nice hotel, with happy helpful staff and a really nice breakfast! The hotel is located next door to the grocery store. It also has a laundry room as well as a nice pool and hot tub.
