Good open air parking for the car, good sound proof windows and room, large room with good internet, amenities, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with good quality products. The dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, and the prices for the dinner were a positive surprise.

The pictures of the room were not representative of the actual room. This is the only reason for which I put a 9 and not a 10. For the rest everything was excellent.

Restaurant, bar and reception offered an excellent and friendly service Only stayed one night on our way to southern france but we'll definitely be coming back

Location is quite remote and quite hard to find. Not on our sat Nav.

A little gem of a place just off the A10 Have stayed here twice now as an overnight stop over on our way between uk and south west France and it's been fabulous both times. Great location on the edge of a forest, fabulous restaurant, large clean room and friendly, english speaking staff. We'll be back!!

Very well located, in centre of pitoresque village of Grainau. Superb view to the mountains. 5-7min walk (in ski boots) to the Grainau train station . Nice old style hotel, including a room for gathering with friends.

The ski room is actually just a hallway, which is fine. But no heated rack for ski boots.

Smart hotel in nice surroundings with a very comfortable room (family room) which was absolutely perfect for us (2 adults and 2 young kids) on our journey down to southern France. Also has small playground and slightly poorly looked after tennis court

Just the scrambled eggs in the morning were a bit of a disappointment and breakfast options for anyone gluten intolerant also v limited

The property is located in green fields with horses and a great view of Paris. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the cheese selection is second to none! Rooms are large and very comfortable!

The breakfast seems a bit steep at €23

Fabulous hotel, spacious rooms and food available from room service even when restaurant closed. The restaurant food was delicious! Kind and friendly staff.

A minor detail, but a fridge in the room would be helpful.

A lovely calming ambience, loved the decor and design and a nice rural location for outskirts of Paris. A welcome retreat after a stressful Friday rush hour drive round Paris!

Everything was great

Amazing Hotel, Quite, Clean, Spacious, Meals were perfect; Bathroom with separate toilet; The personnel was always happy to help; Even at eleven o clock we were still able to have some meal delivered to our room;

A facility to charge your EV would be appreciated

We stayed here twice. Both times we received a larger room with an extra bed for the child (7 years), though we ordered a standard one. And of course we are very thankful for that. The reception was helpful (ordered a taxi for us upon request, answered the numerous questions). We would like to repeat the experience if in the area.
