WONDERFUL HOTEL ! Breakfast, staff , family pool ,gym , everything amazing but first i want to thank NINI, She was very helpful and wonderful person! She was helping with reservation, she was guiding in hotel and helping with everything !! Will recommend to everybody try this wonderful place !

A My wife and I booked a night to commemorate our 20th wedding anniversary at The House Hotel. We’ve never been to this hotel before and didn’t have any expectations whatsoever. Immediately after making the reservation on Booking.com I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel welcoming me and asked me if we have any special requests. I replied by asking if we could get a room at the upper levels of the establishment, i was granted a room on the 13th floor which turned out to be the highest level of the hotel. I also requested an early check in and was granted an 11am check in instead of 2pm (3 extra hours). I requested a late check out and was also granted a 4pm check instead of the 12pm (4 extra hours). And to top it off the management took it upon themselves to, complementarily, lavish the room with flower decorations in every corner of the room along with celebratory cake, chocolate and fruit basket. I have never in my life experienced this level of hospitality before even stepping foot into the establishment. On the day of our arrival i was greeted by everyone and asked for our luggage to be taken to our room as we went to have lunch in their i house restaurant. and to my surprise we were also given a 25% discount. The food was exceptionally good and offered a variety of cuisines sure to please everyone taste. In the end the food is very modestly priced and the portions were moderate. The room was very spacious, the furniture healthy and pleasant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it felt as-if i was sleeping on my own bed at home. The toilet was exceedingly clean and tidy with extra towels of all sorts of sizes. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The water is crystal clear and the temperature is perfect. All in all the experience was surprisingly pleasant and the establishment overall feels like a SIX Star hotel.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel. It’s very clean and the business is beautiful place to do work. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They offered everything we need. A special shout out to Simon at the reception who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The employees at the ladies pool are such sweethearts and the breakfast is very generous and diverse. We love it thank you!

No instructions board for the pool that nannys should not enter the big pool they should wear swimming suits not cotton life guard should pay more attention for kids in the pool

The staff were really friendly and personable. They were helpful and at times honest. Everything was well kept and clean. The food was really nice both in the evening and at breakfast. The location is isolated, but there is a mall. It depends on what you want from your stay. It was lovely and quiet for us.

The plugs would not work for Apple devices, so we could not recharge our phones in the room. The Apple plug prongs do not seem to reach deep enough into the sockets. Other plugs do work though. We did not report this as we only stayed one day, a longer stay might have become an issue.

I like the ladies pool .. it was amazing And i want to thank (Nini) in the reception, she was very friendly and nice lady 🙏🏻

We stayed in the royal suite. Staff were great and very helpfull. Clean room. The breakfast was amazing with a varied menu that is made to order. Not a buffet Great experience overall. They offered us an early check in and late check out fot free which was nice gesture.

I had to ask the staff to come and fix the ac and the tv when we first arrived. So some time was wasted there... but not a big deal. The bed duvet was a bit heavy for summer weather. So we woke up sweating.

The women pool was spectacular!! i really liked the staff, they make you feel at home and welcomed all the time .. Room view is the best in Kuwait and it was so calm looking at the sea of Khiran throughout my stay Room service food was good, delicious and was not over priced like other hotels .. check in and check out took 2 mins each! it was so fast! definitely coming back again to this homey hotel

just one thing, that the room service doesn’t come with the table service like (ketchup, bread, butter, … etc)

- the breakfast was good, however limited in choices - the fusion restaurant presents very delicious meals -the swimming pool was of a good size

-The hotel is over priced given the fact that it is far from the sea. -the surrounding was dark & there was construction work around the hotel - the hotel has no lobby -there was one main restaurant in the hotel
