Relatively, very good value for the money. I thought it to be one of the more "upscale" hotels in Don Det. The building facilities were relatively modern, the grounds well kept, and the amenities in the room were generally adequate. Staff was very courteous, attentive, and responsive to any tours, transport reservations, foreign exchange, and other guest services. On-site restaurant was good (their lemonade + mint was exceptional).

A/C was quite weak, but in conjunction with the ceiling fan, it was okay. Hot water was available, but not plentiful. And the plugs were nowhere near the working desk, so I couldn't plug my laptop and work from the desk.

Excellent location! It's right near the boat dock and near the stores, restaurants, travel agencies, bars, etc. of the town. It felt homey and welcoming, and it's set back a bit from the main road with a courtyard space with some hammocks in front of the hotel buildings. My room had its own entrance, a porch with a table, ac, and the shower was consistently very hot. The owners were always onsite and helpful. They book travel excursions and bus tickets through the hotel, and they have a restaurant as well (I didn't eat there, so I don't know how the food is). It was a really comfortable room, and I loved the vibe and the location!

I stayed for 4 or 5 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned during that time. I had to ask for more toilet paper and soap--not a big deal, but an inconvenience. The lock on the door was really difficult to manuever. The lock didn't quite line up with the opening.

Clean modern property in quiet location that is still near all the cafes and local amenities. Good air con.

Bathroom drain got blocked by our third day. We didn’t ask them to fix it as we were leaving anyway, I am sure they would have. Slight delay in check in as staff having lunch but we did initially arrive early which probably confused things.

I had an nice stay at Lebijou Guesthouse in Don Det! The place is super cozy and clean. It’s located near the ferry drop-off, so you don’t have to walk far with your bags. surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Despite being close to everything, it still has a peaceful vibe.

They don’t have a fridge (which wasn’t a big issue for me)

Very good hostel. We stayed first in another hostel in Don Det but changed to this one because the other one, we didn't like. Lebijou was definitely better. Big room and very clean, in a nice building. All places here were very close to the pier and has many places to eat around, so this is no difference with the rest of hotels/hostels. Good air conditioning and shower. Nice people working there, will hekp you with bus tickets and so on.

We had a good stay, room was good enough and located only a couple minutes from the port and on the main part of the island - just outside you can rent bicycles for cheap to explore more of the island

We couldnt work out where to check in check out staff were hard to locate as theres not really a main reception area.

Location is excellent very central yet in a quiet ally. Ac, fan, hot water, cotton sheets & comfortable bed. There’s access to the fridge in the restaurant if needing to store something. Staff are very kind and helpful:) great value for everything you get, I would stay again.

No hot tub (as advertised in the description) but great hot shower, also the WiFi is a little weak but fine… there’s good WiFi in the surrounding restaurants

Very clean and conformable rooms, helpful amd friendly staff, in a perfect location.

Very little in terms of vegan options in the restaurant , so we didn't eat there. This is not uncommon in Laos. Shame because cooking with plants is not rocket science.

Clean property with helpful staff. We used the laundry service and it was good. Great location on the island. The hotel rents bicycles for a reasonable price!

There was a gap between the door and the frame so lots of mosquitoes in the room!

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with air con and loads of storage space. Great location in the heart of town but still quiet. I slept very well. Very good value for money. Useful they take credit card and you can pay the agreed Booking.com price in dollars.
