The design indoors and outdoors was well thought through. The handmade herb soaps made the rooms smell amazing, and you can buy them at the reception. The restaurant food and the view were great. The outdoor garden was eye-catching, + we explored the museum in the old windmill for free ( it's free for guests staying at the hotel or eating at the restaurant). The bath was huge for a hotel, and I could lay in a full length (1.8m). The air conditioner could chill the whole room.

There was no fridge in either of the rooms( we had 2), but that wasn't a problem. The bathroom needs tiny technical maintenance. Otherwise, it was in good shape. The breakfast had only 1 option for food ( bread and pastry basket + omlete with bacon, sausage, and veggies).

Pretty place, nice historic windmill onsite, clean rooms with character, friendly staff who showed us around.

Not their fault, but property is by the side of fairly busy highway so during the day there was quite a lot of traffic noise, fine during the night though. Also we ordered and paid for breakfast thinking that we would get a meal at the restaurant. However, as we had a room in a self catering unit and it was off-season, we just recieved ingredients in the fridge. Saying that, the homemade relishes left were delicious, as was were the bread. So generally, all very nice, very good, value for money.

I have travelled a lot but this was really an exceptional stay - one of the best experiences ever had! Beautiful design, style and decorations all over the building, restaurant, rooms and the large outdoor area. Fantastic food for dinner, as well as large portions of very tasty breakfast. We will definetly come back!

Hello. This is a truly lovely and wonderful place. As soon as you reserve a room, you receive a beautifully and attentively written message from the hotel staff. Upon arrival at the hotel, you receive a detailed overview and very courteous service. As you walk around the hotel, if you have any questions, someone from the staff will definitely come and ask if you need any assistance or if you would like to purchase any souvenirs. There are many natural materials used in the building, interior, and the surrounding courtyard. Natural colors, paintings, and drawings are present. Wooden elements and handmade artworks, such as pagan symbols made of wood, handmade candles, soaps, scents, and much more are available for purchase. There is a lot to see and experience. The corridors, rooms, and terrace are spacious and not crowded. The hotel has a large area for walking around. There is a sports ground and paths with nice lighting. Vegetables and medicinal plants are harmoniously mixed with flowers. Fruit trees and other plants are also present. Everything is well-coordinated and visually not overwhelming. There is a convenient large terrace for spending the evening in the open air. There is a restaurant if you need one. The breakfast was delicious. The value for money is very good. The location is an advantage because the whole idyllic experience is composed of a peaceful place in the countryside. We visited Rundale Palace and Garden, and after the visit, Rozmalas was the perfect continuation of our journey. We highly recommend it. We will definitely visit again and again.

This place is self check in if needed and that was for us great. No stress whether we get on time to the destination. We have got all information we needed on time. We have not met anyone during our stay at the place but we had everything we needed. There was a tea and coffee available in the room which was nice. Room were quiet.

It's a very nice hotel with a beautiful surrounding.Facilities are on high level, cleanleness, the receptionists are very supportive, they offered us the breakfast to take away at 5am.Handmade soups and salt in the room made us happy.We are for sure come back as it's a perfwct stay for relax.Thanks you,Rozmalas💓

The close location to Bauska, it was easier to get a taxi. The children's corner was great and the outdoor area was very spacious and interesting. The interior design was excellent and really pleasant to live in. Food was excellent and staff very informative and helpful. There is someone in the reception overnight which is absolutely amazing.

The playground outside lacked more items - regular swing, tower etc. It looked like most of the elements were removed.

Fantastic place to stop on the way- just off the main road; beautiful garden around the hotel for a walk, ancient mill nearby, quality furniture and equipment inside, even some art on the walls; welcoming staff; tasty breakfast- absolutely good start for the day! Good price!

Quite narrow bed (twin room; but comfortable); never heard any word about spa facility on arrival (might be too late to use as we appeared after 8pm.)

Nice hotel right next to an old mill, to which the interiors of the building also refer. Close to the route connecting Riga and Kaunas. Large car park in front of the building. Large bathtub in the room. Tasty breakfast sets. A good play area for children next to the restaurant.

Delighted with the service and food and room cleanliness. We had a great time before wedding ceremony. We were able to rent everything that needed for the BBQ and cook ourselves. Staff was friendly and polite. Landscape of the hotel was very tidy. Suitable and for kids as there are designated playgrounds outside and in the restaurant.
