All the staff were brilliant, however Aelita and Maksimiljans were super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible service. We as a family are frequent visitors in Latvia so without a doubt will be booking here again. We booked 3 rooms, they were all very different however the sizes were amazing. We were also offered breakfast on arrival for an additional charge and again we were not disappointed. Overall I would recommend staying here as for the price the service exceeded our expectations.

The receptionists were nice very helpful and I've got a very good space to store my bicycle during the night. The hotel was decorated with love. It was so nice to see.

The breakfast I asked and paid for was not as I expected even I was open for to get not much for breakfast because of the price (€5). The omelette I had wished were srambled eggs instead and lightly burnt.

The room was clean and spacious, the hotel staff nice and helpful. There is a parking lot behind the hotel for the hotel guests. The breakfast was rather ok. In general, we had a pleasant stay.

It was kinda hot in the room and since there is no aircon we had to open the window that does not have anti-mosquito nets,however there were no mosquitoes:) also it is rather sad there was no fridge in the room and I guess it has to be emphasized that there is no elevator in the building and climbing to the third floor with suitcases can be tiring.

Hotel room was very good, clean. Staff is amazing in this place. Breakfast was very delicious which was included in the book. Very well located in the middle of Tukums centre near by all things you can see and do. Amazing definitely we will come here again.

Looks like you need a bit more than two nights, to fully enjoy comfort. Nice big room (we get better, than expected) in the middle of the city. You also have bowling, billard and sauna in same building. We get an extra blancet also. There are some dishes an forks also.

Was a bit wet in room, also trash bin can be a bit bigger.

Location is just perfect, The huge size of the apartment and furniture was quite impressive. Parking for free was indeed a parking for free and available :)

Smokers on the nearby balcony were annoying.

It's simple and affordable, and the bed is really comfortable.

Bring your earplugs, because you can literally hear every sound from the hallway. And even the plugs won't help when some drunks are trying to get into your room at 5am.

Hotel has excellent location. and comes with a parking space. Rooms are big and come with the essential.

If you are passing through keep in mind that Tukums is a small town and there are not many eating out options available

Breakfast was great, even too big, couldn’t manage everything. May be it would be better to arrange “Swedish table”, then we could choose what and how much to eat.

Pleasant staff and good location. Clean rooms.

There is a hair salon on the first floor of the building whose odors permeate the main areas of the hotel.
