We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location—just a short walk from the center of town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The accommodations were very comfortable, the AC worked well, and there was always hot water. But the best part was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made us breakfast twice during our stay, and both meals were absolutely amazing. They also took care of our laundry and sent it out for us, making everything so easy. If you’re visiting Steep and don’t stay here, you’re making a mistake. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in the city center and all the sights are within walking distance. The staff is very responsive, immediately responding to any inquiry. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, and towels are changed. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, prepared when ordered. Congratulations to the chef.

The breakfast options are mostly different types of omelets. It would be good to have more variety for guests staying longer. There aren't any towel hangers in the bathroom.

Clean, the rooms were modern, well thought out, with all the right amenities (tables on both sides of the bed, good space in the bathrooms, air conditioning, etc.). The staff were very friendly, especially the ladies working the breakfast and cleaning the rooms, and everyone had a good level of English. Rooms were well stocked with soaps, shampoos, complimentary water bottles. The location was great, quiet, great views, easy walking to all the downtown bars, restaurants.

It would have been nice if the air conditioners could run while we were not in the room, so that the room would be cool when we first walk in. Some small rough edges could be cleaned up - like adding a cover for the shower drain.

Absolutely everything❤️❤️❤️. Especially the personel,fantastic people. Our host Delfina waited for us even if it was a national holiday. She was absolutely amazing and smiling, welcoming. You really felt special from the moment we stepped into. As mentioned, it was a holiday, so everything was closed, but there was no hassle for Delfina to get anything we wanted (beer, haha)🤣 from the bar at the hotel. After she went home, she even called us in the early evening to check up if all ok. That is really fantastic service we have not seen before. In the morning, her mom was our host for breakfast, another absolutely fantastic experience. We have got a huge breakfast menu where it was difficult to choose from it as all sounded great. She even offered that she could make anything we wanted if the one in the menu was not what we wanted - this was not the case. All we have chosen was freshly made and delicious. 🥰🥰🥰Thank you soo much for everything. If we ever be around again, this will be the place to stay. Highly recommend 👌

Breakfast was excellent - above and beyond ; great variety to choose from and freshly cooked to order . Breakfast ladies were very friendly and caring - anything you need just ask them ( towels etc). Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Great location / very clean / parking vouchers provided.

The noise- but it is a bar as well so I can understand that people come and stay late to enjoy the bar. It was ok for me but some people may not like noise late in the evening (especially if they are traveling for work). But I think the bar is great for younger people who want to enjoy night life.

The breakfast was excellent. Many options were offered. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The waiters were knowledgeable and the food was great! The front desk staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful as well as knowledgeable.

I don’t know of any changes I would make. All aspects were excellent.

Smart design, clean, excellent location, very friendly and accommodating desk staff. Café outfront is very nice. 

The breakfast room: it is simply horrible – cramped, overheated, claustrophobic. Breakfast staff were lovely though and the oversized omelette great. Could do with vegetarian options. The weird full length door straight from the shower, literally, to the outside, though it is high up and to walk out would kill you! The next door neighbour sits on his balcony plainly waiting for a view

The staff is very helpful, responding to all we have asked. The breakfast is made at the moment - everything is fresh. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. Every day rooms are cleaned and the towels are changed.

More diverse options for breakfast are needed, especially for those who are vegetarians or gluten intolerant.

I can very much recommend staying in the Hotel Urbanista! It’s location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is run by a local family that cares a lot about their guests. I would definitely stay here again!

Really, really great hotel! Very modern and well equipped. Rooms are very nice and clean, nicely decorated with modern and new furniture. Staff is very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast is also very nice. Also, they have a very nice restaurant with a good menu. I really recommend this place!
