Great breakfastbuffet. Nice and clean rooms.Good food at dinner¨
we where recommended by the receptionist to hire a guide to drive with us in our own car around the Zomba plateau 1)The roads were terrible, I'm glad the car survived. 2) the guide was very little informative. I´ve been on this trip 2 times before, and had more info to give than him. I hope the receptionist never recommends this guide again. Should instead recoman a walking tip along the trail to se the major attractions, and I thing that would have taken lesser time than driving on this very bad roads. .

Amazing hotel on top of the Zomba plateau. Most beautiful view I've ever had from my hotel room. Staff was super kind and welcoming. Even helped me arrange a new tire after I had a flat tire with my car. Food was pretty good and the restaurant was gorgeous. Swimming pool was very nice with a great view as well. Would definitely come back again.
It was a bit pricey, but still worth the money though.

The view from the balcony was incredible. Rooms were great. The pool area was clean, tidy and very relaxing. The staff ensured you could relax as they were very attentive. The food was lovely with a good variety. Can't fault this place. Will be returning

Fantastic location even if a bit of a trek up the mountain to get there. Wonderful views from the hotel. Room was good & bed was very comfortable.

I loved the old world charm. The views were spectacular and the property was extremely well preserved
The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

The location is amazing, serene environment.
The food wasn't up to sunbird standards as I know it (undercooked trotters, bitter chicken liver, tough beef stirfry e.t.c)

The wifi internet was terrible. I understand and accept that for internet and cellphone service, the location presents major understandable challenges. But the wifi was terrible and disconnected within seconds of use. My only complaint.

We loved the location and the view from this hotel is spectacular. Pool area is nice and has toilet facilities. Rooms are extremely generous Staff were very good.
The rooms could do with updating.
