Communication with the property was good. We were contacted on the day of our arrival via WhatsApp with all the information needed for self check-in. We were able to enter the building and our room without any problem. Our room was modern and very clean. Our bed was comfortable, we slept very well. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The property was in a good location for us- a 15 minute walk from the bus terminal. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (our favourite was right next to the property, on the left as you went in).

I am satisfied in terms of the security where only guests are given password when entering the premise. The room was spacious, clean and the bed we slept was so comfortable, really had a good sleep.

Sadly, no mirror????? OMG!!!! So, my suggestions are 1) put one near the table since there are chairs and long table provided. 2) put on the wall near to the door.

The room was as in the photo. Quite large for the price. Everything was in order. Got smart tv, we can watch Netflix (sign in to our oen account though) and Youtube.

Room 205 got heavy cigarrete stench. The room was clean but the stench was too strong. It was a non-smoking room, but maybe some of the guest was irresponsible & smoke inside the room.

Excellent area to stay, cafes, restaurants, groceries, laundry just 2 steps away from the property.

Would be good the room provided fridge & microwave. If added washing / dryer machine would be superb!

i like the space in the room，quite big and comfortable and also the smart lock

the coffee pack is too little and i also expect some spoon to stir the coffee

Nice, big room. Very soft towels.

Check in is completely contactless, everything happens online. We did know this and without internet - that's a big problem.

Very clean and the staff was so friendly. For king size room, it was really big. More than my expectation actually.
