I got a family room which is spacious to fit 6 persons, comfortable beds with windows. Walking distance to eateries and quiet surroundings. Plenty of public parking.

Its a small hotel, I didn't notice any security guards and probably one or two staff only. Just be more aware but I think this a peaceful quiet town.

The location is good. Food stalls nearby, including the famous Frog Porridge. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The Town Centre is just across the road where you have all the fast food and nice local food.

Near to excess restaurant and others supermarket. A lot of Car Park. Near the New Mosque (Masjid Tengku Razaleight).

Small size of room but suitable for the price. Don't have any pool for child to play. If Management of the Hotel have some budget, Please consider a Swimming pool because no hotel at Gua Musang area have a Swimming pool.

The room is comfortable and lift is available. The location of the hotel is quite excellent with food which is just 5 min away and there are shops beside the hotel. The staff are friendly and housekeeping service is good.

The wifi connection is not stable. Quite hard for business traveler. The area is quite busy and sometime hard to find parking. There is only 2 plug inside the room and both located far from the desk. Smoking smoke can be smell especially in the toilet.

The mattress and pillows are matched with a 4 star hotel. Towel quality is good. Very comfortable

No soap and shampoo provided.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city. easy to access food. The room is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
