The room size is spacious. The water pressure is high (the most thing i like). The parking is available all the time, dont have to pay for the parking. The location of the hotel is great. The aircond is cold enough (in fact the aircond was very cold). The room and bathroom were so clean. I like the self check-in and check-out system. There were coway water filter, iron, refrigerator, pantry, microwave prepared for everyone used.

The room door lock was not so safety. Just the common door knob like at your house. So, at night you felt not so safe when sleep. I put the chair in front of the door, in case someone try to broke into the room, I can hear the noise.

Clean room and toilet. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff...thumbs up 👍.... prompt and fast response.... helpful ....very satisfying. Recommended n value for money

The stare/floor tiles in front entrance from lobby to parking....very slippery...be extra careful especially on rainy day... I slipped down & fell off...luckyly no serious injury....but still have buttocks and backs pain untill after 5th day....maybe my bad also not carefully walk down the stare. *** Hopefully the management took some action to upgrade the tiles for improvement and safety of the guest, Just my little suggestions and advice for safety of all for future...anyway thanks for the good services. The room Was so clean. Comfortable for 3 of us.

Location is strategic, many restaurants are nearby within 5km drive. Convenient stores and petrol stations also along the road. Accessible to North South Highway, made convenient for our trip to Kuala Kangsar and back to Selangor. Beds are comfortable and we are allowed to add in additional bed in the room. Staff is helpful when we need to fix the bidet in the washroom. Self check-in process is convenient and admin staff is helpful to assist via phone call when we have trouble to enter the hotel at first time.

No fan in the room. suggest to install fan, as alternative for us to witch off aircond if we feel cold at night.

1st step into the room makes me happy as no smell of cigs and it smells good too. Thumbs up. Shower is owesome Bed is super comfy Got 4 super comfy pillows for 1 queen bed Got 2 thick n clean towel Got functional tv and cold aircond Got a jug and 2 glass and 2 packets of coffee - but got no spoon or stirrer 🥴 Got clean fridge and nice coway water dispenser Got clean sink n lepak corner. I just wish got disposable cutlery. The location's easy access to all places. Even the highway n eateries.

The parking space at the back is a bit dark when it's night time. For a solo traveller like me. It's a bit eerie when I got there late or got out too early. Hope got spotlights at the parking space with CCTV as there is bushes at the back too.

Easy check in and out, fast return of deposite. Clean room for the price. Great location in between Ipoh's attraction. Polite and efficient customer servuce with great after sale service. They provide Coway and shared fridge. The parking is plenty, it's just outside the building. Definitely will stay again if we ever go by Ipoh again. Keep up the good work!

Our room doesn't have a window. Toilet is a bit small and has a weird smell. The shower drain was slow and water pile up quick during shower. Be aware there are no lift in the premise. Other than that it was great.

Location and super friendly owner and efficiency. Sheets was dirty and owner immediately got it changed!

Bathroom water drain was bad as the flooring in uneven so the flow was slow which lead to stagnant water.

It has all the basic necessities that you need for a place to have a good rest after a day of full activities spent. Very comfortable, good air conditioning, water heater, water pressure, cleanliness all good. Location quite strategic, basically near to all attractions (food hunting).

It’s not that I didn’t like, but can be improved: 1. the toilet door need to be more soundproofed, you can basically hear everything happen inside as the room is quite small 😂 2. Can provide more hangers as travelling in group can be troublesome if not enough hanger prepared
