Bathroom tiles not slippery, good for young children. Clothes rack & generous amount of hangers provided. Convenient location within the town shophouses, 24-hour laundry on ground floor, within walking distance to kopitiam, shops, market, banks. Clean, tidy, comfortable beds. Water heater, kettle, hairdryer functioning well. Good communication by the management.

Family Room located on 1st floor, so can hear soft rumbling noises of washing machines & dryers (24- hour laundry on the ground floor), and loud noises of workers transferring gas cylinders (stored on the ground floor) in the morning.

check in procedure, could be easier. room 101 had bathroom drainage smell, gas is escaping into the room. closing the bathroom door solved the problem, but management should look into it.

The staffs were very friendly and polite. I was always greeted with a smile. Responses to queries and requests were prompt. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities.

The television channel choices were not satisfying. Maybe the management can subscribe to the Hollywood channels like HBO or Netflix. Other than that, everything else was great.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was near distance to many shops and cafes. The management was attentive to any inquiries. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very close to the Kapit to Belaga ferry. Great street food is close by. The laundromat downstairs was convenient and appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful.
