The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a delightful Jacuzzi and a relaxing hot tub. It comfortably accommodated up to five individuals and included two televisions for entertainment. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, and the air conditioning provided a wonderfully refreshing and comfortable temperature throughout our stay.

While our stay was overall fantastic, one small aspect that could be improved is the limited parking options for guests.

A great stay overall! The hotel is family-friendly with spacious rooms. The environment is peaceful and comfortable. There are plenty of food options nearby, making it easy to grab breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. My room even had a jacuzzi, but unfortunately, I didn’t have time to use it. I will definitely consider rebooking this hotel if I visit Klang again.

Great location for food and central klang, quiet enough as well. Good ac in the room and the best hot water shower we have had in malaysia. All in all reasonable value for money accomodation.

No fitted bottom sheet was a problem, and the corridors can transfer noise quite a bit. Mind out for the 10% additional tax in the booking dot com small print, it's there but we didn't notice until we paid at the accommodation.

Price is competitive not the cheapest for such quite clean hotel near bus terminal. Room with city view good size. About 10 minutes walk to a small mall.

Wifi is not very strong. No breakfast. Guest need to pay the hotel for the commission (?) they pay to booking.com.

The hotel did not provide any breakfast, there are plenty foodies nearby. The location is at the prime area but a bit hidden towards the frontage area. Still good and have good access.

There are many stray dogs around the area. Needed to complaint to the local authority before someone got injured by them.

The staff very nice n friendly.. The room facilities very nice.. I love the hot tub.. Has smart tv but not the account but i love it because i can watch netflix using my own account.. Can repeat again

Why there's 10% tax. Before checking in no mention of tax. Very not happy No choice but to stay coz quiet late Not because of the money Should not have hidden charges. Ok
