Mine was a chalet room. It was clean and looked to be recently refurbished. The toilet looked new and the shower had acceptable water pressure. There was a smartTV with good wifi to watch stuff on youtube etc. The bed was firm and comfortable. The beach connected to the hotel was excellent with fine sand. I didn't use the pool but there were lots of kids about playing in the water on a Sunday morning. There were enough kids about the form 2 team to have a game of water polo. There were goalpost nets at the sides of the pool.

We originally booked a family room for four adults including two senior citizens. Much to our dismay the family room was located on 2nd floor and there was no lift available, however the receptionist graciously offered us two connecting rooms on ground floor at no extra charge. The rooms were very spacious and clean and we were very delighted indeed

Our rooms were next to the swimming pool and kids were knocking on the windows and peeping into our rooms

the pool big. the beach was so clean the resort well take care my room which i booked chalet was so big and comfortable. a lot of car park available.

the plug was so limited for charging my handphone and laptop. the ocean wave so so big. it is dangerous to swin in such condition the restaurant or coffee house not so clean. food taste not so good and limited choice of food.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They need to improve thier English skills, but they were very helpful and patient in trying to understand what is being said in English. The pool is amazing and they ATVs to ride which is fun as well. The location is near town, so you have quick access to town if you need to go there. I know they are in the process of updating the rooms, so I feel this place will continue to improve. All in all, it is worth it to stay here. It is a nice place.

Some of the activities they offered on booking.com are not available, they should consider updating their profile to reflect they activities they offer. Im sure this is because of covid, but still, they should update their activities.

My kids enjoy the huge pool..The room is newly painted and I think entire resort are, which make them looks nice Kudos to the reception desk staff, he's been very friendly and helpful. I look forward when the enjoined Pantai Hiburan facilities are ready, that would make this resort a lot more interesting

It was raining when I was there and high tide season as well. I was thinking of going for my morning run but can't, It would be nice if they have a gym.

I like the advantage of walking to the beach early morning to watch the sunrise while having my morning run. it was superb. about 300 meters from the resort is an eatery by the beach whichh is so strategy. we had a superb seafood snacks that night.

the gym and sauna room are misleading. i wish they could provide basic equipment for their gym. the restroom at the public hall was messy and dirty. I wish they could provide a fan as well in the room. i was having my allergy rhinitis the night I slept in the chalet room due to the dust from the air cond. i wish they could have pay attention to my special request to provide a ground-floor chalet for my mother who recently underwent an operation for her legs and we were with 2 active kids as well. their safety is our priority. i wish they could have provided vending machine, and small shops for snacks.

I like how they served breakfast with lot of options and baby-friendly dine in area. The pool is great for kids, also adults. Mini-zoo is always the good attraction for kids.. i love RBR !

I don't think they change the bedsheet, got dirty stain s on it, i didn't really see but u know women hv eagle eyes 😂

The lobby area and the breakfast area are quite pleasant.

The room facilities are not fully in good condition. In my room, the telephone is not usable and the shower room has a sink hole with a loose cover.

The venue is comfortable and awesome. Suitable for family trip. Food is delicious.

More facilities like gym should be restart again to encourage people to fill up their time wisely during their stay
