Food and freedom with good environment. Nice cosy room. Balcony equipped with 2 relaxing chair and a breathtaking, beautiful view towards the beach. Friendly staffs and efficient waiters & waitress in keeping the dinning place clean especially quick clearance of used plates and cutleries that makes it convenient for the customer to chat and the dining table while finishing their other food. Excellent service and hospitality.

Bedside lamp 2 not working and milk should not be all icy because milk are needed for hot coffee and hot tea too. The Lepapa convenient store is missing for construction purpose, but at least put up temporary place to shop. Check out time should be at 12 noon not 11 a.m. since the check in time is at 1500 hrs. There should be ample time to setup the room 2 1/2 hours before check in.

Breakfast was to our satisfaction as the food were awesome. There weren't a lot of food but stilll enough. I like the fact that you have a "guest room" and such spacious rooms. The hotel is near to a convenience store and a food court so it was easier for us while staying there. And we love the buggy service because our apartment was a bit far from all the facilities so it helped us a lot and the staffs were very friendly to us. Lastly the swimming pool was amazing, it was clean and has enough space for the guests but not that wide and a bit slippery.

There's no slippers, hairdryer, not enough sofa to sit on, not enough spare pillow to hug, no remote for the airconditioner so we could only turn it on or off but couldn't change the temperature and no tv channels available. But the most important thing is THERE'S NO WIFI plus the fact that we had no internet connection AT ALL.

Nice clean beach & pool. Stayed at Roxy townhouse.The shop at the beach do sell useful items, frozen food incase you want to do your own cooking. However the food court nearby serve tasty dishes as well apart from cha cha moon restaurant. Breakfast is okay except the coffee too thin. Not sure if the bedding change once previous guest checked out but I do request the bedsheet change upon checked in because i spotted sensitive parts hair on the bed. I appreciate the hotel staff responded immediately and the 2 staffs sent over were both kind & did their job well.

1. Bedding need to be if possible no stain & Water can be improved with filter. 2. No place to hang towel in the bathroom and appreciate clothes line at the washing machine area or else care to operate self service laundry at the hotel.

I like the view of the hotel because the view is facing the beach.

I like everything...only the property inside the room. It's better if provide the large mirror for the guest because the mirror only at the bathroom. And then one more thing,I think better add on the lamp inside the room because not enough for the guest. The other things is good.

Far away from the city. Nature and peaceful environment. The view is amazing!

Nothing to dislikes. But, hope they will improve the access road, parking site, and pathway to the stay. probably build a concrete bridge instead of wooden bridge.

the comfy bed, cool room and anything else, im satisfied.the food is also good but the price range is so not good..

the pool has sand in it, please clean it up. make sure to provide a luggage trolley to guests that come with a lot of things to bring at floor 1 or 2.

The townhouse was spacious and big enough to accommodate my whole family of 6 persons. we rented a bbq pit and it was fun though the weather was pretty hot in late afternoon. The availability of the food court was excellent as we could just drop by to have some food when we felt hungry. The seafood stall opened at 5pm and the food was served hot and price was reasonable.

There were 2 cockroaches we spotted during our stay near the washing machine area; maybe can put up a sliding door to block the washing area. The Aircond in the living room was leaking on the last day before we checked out and maintenance required. There was no hooks or racks available on the wall / door in the 2 bathrooms to hang the towels and the clothes for changing.

The location is nice with beautiful scenery

1.The safety of the guard rail at the balcony is too dangerous for kiddos.. very big gap. Please do something before anything bad happen.. each life is precious.. 2. I booked 2 rooms with hope that can be givem connecting room.. but i ended separated rooms by level.. so its not friendly in terms of that cause i travel in a family of 7..

I like the view and scenery from our room. It's very cozy and we had a great time to relax.

I think that you can work on the temperature of the pool, since we came in a rainy season it's nicer if we can dip in a warm water. Kids will definitely enjoy it too, and also can serve better menu for breakfast for the customers.

The room upgrade came with a huge balcony. To me it's the best room. Being the corner room, overlooking the front and sweeping views 270deg is awesome.

The breakfast a little underwhelming. It's the only food you have being located far from any restaurant. Then you have the occasional staff smoking at a non smoking place. The adminstration should set up a place far from guest for the staff.
