Staff very friendly 😀

Location was relatively quiet with nearby eateries.

Front desk lady was not well trained in customer service and was reluctant to give her first name.

The location: near the food place and convenient shops.

Budget hotel condition

Staff not friendly, especially the women administration staff. She so fierce. At night it's very noisy from the front desk. They talk with their phone in shouting. After that they watch their phone with loud speaker full volume. I already told the women staff, to ask the night staff to keep it down but no improvement at all. I have to use earplug for me to sleep. I stay for 7 days but not a single time they ask me if I need to change my towel or ask for my rubbish. I my self have to give them the rubbish to throw. All their staff is foreigners not Malaysian. Either from Sri Lanka or India. They don't know to speak Bahasa Malaysia and very little using English. This is the worst hotel environment I encountered. I won't come again to this hotel for good.
