I was particularly impressed by two of your staff Siti (front desk ) n Wen in the Lunch facility. They are the face of Four points Sheraton. Siti is very bubbly cheerful and helpful. She advised us of where to go to get good local coffee and Peranakan food as well as where to go to pharmacy. At the same time helped me book grab. Wen is very friendly helped us to get coffee from the coffee station even though we could get it ourselves. Very happy she showed initiative. Hope you can recognise them for their good service. I want to register my compliments to them.

The front desk was extremely helpful and Fatima really helped me a lot through out my stay. I was having a late night check in and an early morning check out, thus, she went on and above for my stay and helped me with the booking of the airport taxi in an early morning of 0400 and their manager ensured me an safe journey which was heart-warming. Moreover, the breakfast which was included in the stay was delicious and out of my expectations. The most grateful thing for me was since i was having an early flight, the hotel still packed me the breakfast in such an early hour.

Good location for the 5 day wedding we were attending. Everything you need is within walking distance including super Malaysian breakfast options and bars. Shopping malls: IOI and Sunway Pyramid, are close by. Traffic can be horrific in Puchong so leave more than enough time for travel especially if heading into KL.

The 3 Bs were not available: balcony, bath, bathrobe. Hotels with balconies are a rare commodity in KL/Selangor as are baths. Twin room on 14th floor was small but nice and clean. Wifi was very weak.

The wonderful staff from check in to check out. They were so helpful and efficient, not to mention their warm smiles and hand on heart bows. They helped us with getting transports, directions, and many many tips and made our stay very comfy and pleasant. The rooms were kept very clean as well. And the food was good, too, we tried many local and infused cuisines. Many restaurants around the hotel as well, for variations. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

I was not too happy with the lukewarm friendliness and service of the Reception. I was especially not happy that the exit to the car park was shut and I had to drive around the car park trying to leave the premise and almost missed my appointment. I am now giving high ratings to the hotel because of a Housekeeping staff by the name of Ms. Arifah. Not only was she pleasant when she came to make our room daily. She had written us a polite and caring note which she had left on top of the shoe boxes we had left next to the bin. In case, we did not mean to have them thrown. Her note: Dear all, If you would like to throw away these boxes, you may leave it outside. I'll collect it later. Have a nice day (with a smiley face). Yours sincerely, ARIFAH HK staff. That note made my day.

Reception staffs. Double charged me for my room. When I check out, I was not aware that my debit card or savings account, was already charged AUD 700+, which was only supposed to be used as security despite me telling the reception I will use another alternative to settle the room charges, as I had brought excess cash. So during check out, I was billed RM1,775 which I had paid with my other credit card. If I had not checked my debit card or savings account, I would have paid Rm4,100 + for 5 nights stay. I am not happy of the hassle and discomfort I have with the hotel.

I drove to Four Points Puchong, the hotel car park is just right below the hotel. Receptionist was very polite and efficient. Our room is very clean. Breakfast is continental and we had a good breakfast. Outside the hotel there are many many food restaurant you can choose from and it is all walking distance.

I wish the breakfast was included in the rate ... blushing, blushing.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities, making my stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. However, I believe there are areas where the hotel could improve, such as enhancing the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. Although I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast, the rest of my stay was pleasant but could be better with a few small adjustments.

Never expected to find such a diversity of different food styles in the morning and such good quality. Hand the friendly support by the stuff. Never have had such fresh smelling towels and bad covers, amazing.

Hard to say, but maybe the crew could stress the different styles of food a bit better- as not all the "tourists" are familiar with "unknown" Asia food(s), as it was offered in a very positive way in this restaurant.

The staff were extremely helpful, advising on places to visit after work and using the public transportation system and when to take a taxi etc.. after dark. Breakfast was a huge selection of options for everyone and the coffee wasn't too bad either.

The gym was way too hot and uncomfortable. When running on the treadmill I felt it was like running in 40 degree heat. The pool not opening till 8am was disappointing considering I was working from 8.30.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were consistently polite, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Their exceptional service truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommend

There wasn't a socket in the bathroom. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with an extension cable.
