The family room is actually two rooms with a double bed and a bathroom in each room, and a connecting door in between. Because of this, there was plenty of space, and both parents and kids had their own rooms for privacy.

There was no cupboard to put our clothes, only a hanging rack. For a family room, the connecting door should not be the self-closing type, which closes automatically. This forces the family to always have someone in the other room in case the connecting door gets shut on both sides. We had to use a chair to keep the connecting doors open. The hotel was also quite stingy when it comes to toiletries. Two bathrooms with an occupancy of 4 yet only one tube of shampoo and one tube of body wash to be used by all four of us. There were not many Halal eatery available within walking distance.

The room very clean,tidy and smells good. Toilet is clean too.

I cannot brain the night lamp in room is not working. When I call the receptionist to change the lamp, she said all the night lamps are not working. So what is the function you put it there. So the choice is to be in bright room or totally dark room..i cant sleep in bright room. Total dark room is suffocated. Owner of sritel, what is on your mind?

The family room is actually two rooms combined with an adjacent door. Both rooms have a queen bed. The hotel provides towels and bath shampoo. There's only one plug beside the tv. Idk but the switch for bedside lamps cant be used. Further inspection,there's another plug behind the night stand. The air cond is cold, both rooms functioning well.

One of the towels has stains, like chocolate drink stains that doesn't go away. Pretty much that's all.

The staff is very good and very helpful. Especially the Indian girls. They are very helpful. My mother couldn't climb the stairs, without hesitate they immediately come and help her. I didn't get their name but there 1 girl bit fair and plum who is very nice to my mother. " Special Thanks For Her".

The room was clean and comfortable

No toiletries like tooth brush and tooth paste provided. The location was quite ok. But no muslim or halal restaurant at this area.

The hotel is in very good condition. Clean and spacious room. And great location too.. easy to park and easy to find restaurant near by.

Water heater dispenser on level 1 is not working. No hot and cool water. Perhaps can repair.

To me, Irons and water heater should be in each room rather than in each floor.

Quite spacious room considering the room is standard room. Easy check in. Got vending machine at lift. Lots of shops nearby.
