Everything was great. Hotel room very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Clean towels provided. Toiletries and hairdryer also provided. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again in the future whenever I'm in Sibu! Very recommended. However do note that they don't have elevator so it might be a bit difficult for elderly to climb the stairs. But it only have 1 floor so if you don't mind climbing stairs it's okayy.., Other than that, everything is greattt.. Thanks!

Location :This new (6 months - August 2025) accommodation was a great choice. Right in the centre of Sibu with all the things to do within walking distance and if you can't be bothered going out to eat they even have their own restaurant on-site at street prices. Facilites'. Nice clean modem rooms Staff' All very friendly and helpful

Be warned there's no lift so you may have to carry you bags up a couple of flights of stairs. It not a lot but I know for some people this may be an issue for access. Would have been nice to have a fridge either a small onw in the room or maybe even a communal one in the hall to keep cold drinks, fruit etc.

Ms. Su is a wonderful host. She, as the owner of the hotel, personally attended to the guests. Was extremely helpful and hospitable! All the staff was also very nice and kind! As a new opening, they had a promotion price. But on top of that, there was free breakfast as well as free laundry! Honestly I was positively surprised by the level of service! I wish Ms. Su the very best of luck with this hotel. And I recommend it to everyone!

My room was windowless. But it was probably the best windowless room I've stayed in. The TV wasn't particularly useful though. Should be connected to a smart box or something. But it just had this hotel software with all hotel products and presentation, which isn't of much use. Hope they upgrade it. Also their WiFi login voucher system isn't ideal either. They should have a regular WiFi login for all Customers or a more user-friendly WiFi access. No issues with the WiFi though. It does work well once connected.

Good location, easily accessible to lots of eateries and the central market is right behind the hotel. Basic toiletries and hairdryer provided. Bathroom and room looks new. Friendly lady boss.

Poor housekeeping service. Found some hair and dust. Toilet roll and water was not refilled during housekeeping. Had to go and request from reception downstairs due to no phone available in the room. Parking available but requires coupons. Hotel should opt to sell some daily parking coupons so it’s easier for guests.

The esthetic design interior and exterior of the property itself. Look luxury ! The room is just nice for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. The room includes breakfast and an additional bonus. Simple breakfast but full tummy . The hosting is also helpful when I ask for help to chill my cake for Hari Gawai. Location in the heart of sibu . Near the capital sibu wet market. Near the shopping complex and church !

Breakfast only have two choices, roti canai or hard boiled. Lack of parking due to bank next door. If you were to come in the morning or afternoon, there might not be a parking for you. The bathroom is using sliding door, when you bath, the cold air from the room will seep in so it would be very cold

The Swan is in an excellent location- the Central Market, Night market, Temple, Waterfront and Heritage Centre are all within walking distance. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was well equipped (coffee/tea, toiletries etc) and had a very comfy bed- we slept really well. Breakfast was basic but tasty!

The hotel was really comfortable to stay.. The amenities mentioned are all good. With a very polite staffs and nice service, 2 nights stay with Swan Hotel, make our days was perfect.. Really worth it!

Clean and cosy new hotel. Lots of thinking put into design details of room. Luxurious linen and towels. Pillow top mattress.

Wifi connection kept dropping after they password protect the wifi access.

Very friendly staff, and the proprietor took care of us. This small hotel looks brand new and is excellent value for money. They throw in a small breakfast (toast, eggs, and coffee/tea). Highly recommended.

Rooms a bit small, but for that price it’s ok.
