- Strategic location, lots of shops nearby - Clean, spacious, comfy area overall - Friendly staffs - Plenty of parking options (most of the time)
- Loud music blasting from the opposite supermarket might be a hindrance to elders or toddlers - Daily housekeeping, but did not leave restocked bottled water, new towels, etc (if put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign) - Questionable bathroom cleanliness

The hotel is new and the location is excellent because Lepapa supermarket is just opposite and places to eat all around the hotel. So, we can practically find everything in one place without needing to drive. The room comes with so many socket points and most importantly all are working well. Hotel is modern with beautiful interior designs. One of the best hotel based on Sri Aman standard.
The room has no table and chair to sit on if you have work to do. The toilet is almost transparent with blurred glass panels and surprisingly the toilet smelled bad for a new hotel. It could be from the drainage hole.

Value for money. Good locality. Clean.
1. No shower curtain or door to prevent water splash. 2. No Shower floor towel to prevent slipping on wet floor after bath. 3. Room lights too bright. Consider lower voltage lights at bed ceiling n door entrance.

Good location. The Hotel is right in front of LePapa Supermarket. Very convenient. Food court is right next to the hotel. We have our own transport, so the few minutes distance from the central of Sri Aman is not a problem to us
No lift at Block B, a very good exercise for us staying at 2nd floor climbing up and down the staircase few times per day😝

Receptionist was friendly to us when we arrived. The check in process was quick and easy. Room was clean and so many coffeeshops & supermarket nearby.

Totally we like the new hotel look and the ambience especially the mini lift Papa food court and Lepapa hypermarket just beside the hotel. Very convenient and accessible to anywhere.

it is new and clean . Roxy need to have a dressing table and facilities like hair dryer , cloth hook on the wall to hook the wet cloth / towel .generally the room is in tip top condition .. keep on improving . thanks
