our room was huge and comfy!

the "gangster" receptionist who forgotten to check the system if i had paid or not as she was busy talking on the phone which was not work related. she called me to go down back to the lobby after i have entered my room and made payment and her exact words, "aku lupa kau belum bayar lagi. kau boleh turun sekarang bayar tak?". too speechless to even responded to that sort of customer service.

I have to say it was very clean and the cleaners will come by to clean daily. I like that the air cond was cold as well except there were some sounds - not sure what sound was it.

The mamak below opens late so if you are sensitive to sounds, you will hear people laughing late into the night around 3am? Also the water heater wasn’t exactly hot too. Maybe the management should look into servicing that.

The room size.. its huge and worth for the money. Shower is good.. Receptionist very friendly and answer all our questions.. Good stay for 1 night..

I believe housekeeping staff can put little bit more effort or hire another employee to help.. we can easily see dust inside our room.. other than dust, all good.

The location and room design are good and comfortable

The shower, the hot water was not available 24 hours. We check out early morning from the hotel and since the hot water was not available, have take shower in cold water. There are also very less plug point.

We initially booked the place to park our bags as we were arriving in the early morning. However the room was really nice, good size, good location and best of all it was clean. Super value for money, would come back again for sure

Location excellent, nice food are just nearby. The room was clean and bright beyond my expectation. There is a small table and chair which is perfectly for working.

Poor sound insulation.

Great transit Hotel. In front of the hotel have small restaurant. Easy to find food. Overall is a good stay, the room facilities have all the things that Hotel required like Aircond, Water heater, Towels, amenities, etc.

Very convenient. Infront the hotel and nearby have many shops and bank. Beside the hotel also have a beautiful mosque.

Designated parking area. Friendly staff. Clean room and toilet although housekeeping didn't put new body wash. Provided all the basic needs and AC was good. Fast check in and check out.

Water pressure was low and the WiFi connection was poor. Also, there is a tom yam stall right outside the hotel. It gets a bit noisy at night due to people talking loudly there. The parking area could be improved as its all gravels now.

Very friendly staff. Fast check in and check out. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Free designated parking area and safe. Value for money.
