He made a point to engage with guests, checking in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly, and was always available to offer advice or assist with any requests. His personal touch made the experience feel more intimate and special. The staff at the resort were equally friendly and accommodating, and every interaction was filled with warmth and care. The spa treatments were also a treat — tranquil and rejuvenating, offering a perfect escape after a long day of swimming or exploring. Our kids were thrilled to celebrate their birthday here! A big thanks to Diva and Leah from the Kids' Club for all your hard work! Special thanks as well to the lovely lady from La Cremeria for her personalized touch with every child and the thoughtful farewell message on the ice cream cup... so sweet! I also highly recommend the guided Nemo Garden tour, snorkeling excursion, beach cocktail party, and the professional photo service provided by Ain! I ate too much :-) Half Board would would be enough for us, Full Board was challenging for our scale. The variety and the quality of food is wow.

The property is amazing!!! Me and my family like this hotel very much! We are the second time here (and the fourth time in Maldives) and everything is grateful like the first time. Staff is very friendly and helpful!!! Specially thanks to Corinne, she is amazing, she can do her best to fill us happy!!! It is the best choice in Maldives for holidays with family! I think you all know about Maldives and its perfect beaches and ocean, so I don’t tell about it. I recommend the Sun Siyam Iru Fushi to everybody!!! P.S. You can find a lot of beautiful islands in Maldives, but Sun Siyam is only one with like this amazing staff!!!!

Cleanliness was up to standard inside and out. The Beach Villas with your private pool have been perfect to relax and to enjoy some privacy & rest.
You enter your own garden through a gate into your home. There is a huge working desk, a closet with everything you could need inside. the bathroom which is completely outdoors. The toilet, one of the showers, the bath tub and sinks are under a roof in case of rain or strong sunshine. But there is a second outdoor shower which is completely open. It has been the best way to take a shower in the morning right after waking up. Beach Villa has access to the ocean which is perfect to go snorkeling.

They can do better, a family villa should separate children from parents with some privacy. There was no enough information about the room when booking. The butler service was not as good as I thought they have a lot of assignment to handle

Absolutely fabulous resort! We were there to celebrate my 40th birthday and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it feel really special. They made a gluten free and dairy free cake just for me, had chocolates and champagne delivered, and also had our villa decorated with balloons on the night while we were gone for dinner. The attention to detail at this place is incredible, a lot of staff would wish me happy birthday even though I never interacted with them before, somehow they knew. Every restaurant knew about my dietary needs, and would let me know if something had gluten or dairy in it. Our buttler Fayaz was absolutely amazing, very kind, attentive, and helpful. All the other staff were super friendly too, especially Vishal in the water's edge bar. The overwater villa was spectacular, and all the food at the resort is incredible! Breakfast and lunch buffet are simply unreal, with so much choice, and great healthy food selection. Would go back to Sun Siyam in a heartbeat!

While everything was perfect, and this is only a small thing, I think it would help to have a couple of buggies waiting preemptively by the overwater villas bridge at the time when most guests have their dinner reservations, so that you don't have to wait for it.

We had a great time at Iru Fushi Island Resort. We stayed in a Deluxe Beach Villa with a pool, and it was absolutely worth it. Swimming at night while gazing at the stars was simply magnificent. We travelled with two young kids (under 1 and 3 years old), and honestly, I didn’t expect them to enjoy it as much as they did. The Kids Club and the amazing ladies working there were fantastic—so many activities for the little ones from morning to evening, including drawing, face painting, and even late afternoon karaoke. For adults, there’s a wide variety of activities too, from snorkelling and jet skiing to simply enjoying a peaceful sunset walk by the sea. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking every single day. We loved the laid-back vibe of the island—being able to walk barefoot everywhere, including all the restaurants, was such a treat. The staff were incredibly attentive—from our butler to the reception team and housekeeping. Housekeeping came by twice a day to refresh our room, which was a lovely touch. A special thanks to the breakfast team, especially Mr. De Silva and his team. Their level of service took things to the next level. As soon as they saw us, they would bring our coffee and hot water to prepare the baby’s porridge—thank you! Lastly, a quick note on the meal plans. We chose Bed & Breakfast instead of All-Inclusive, and it ended up being much cheaper for us. We don’t drink, the kids ate free, and we still got to enjoy everything we wanted. It really depends on your deal, so check menu prices in advance and remember to add 26% tax and service charge on top.

We did have a minor incident with a cockroach—twice, actually—but the staff handled it well. We were promptly moved to a new villa, and they even offered to do our laundry as a gesture, which we appreciated. We didn’t let it spoil our trip and carried on enjoying our time. The only other thing worth mentioning was that the service at the Islander’s Grill didn’t quite match the high standards we experienced at the other restaurants. That said, the food itself was great.

What an amazing place! We have just got back from 6 nights and were blown away by this incredible resort. It is such a family friendly resort with plenty to do for kids and adults. Our children loved snorkeling to Nemo park, Kayaking, the main pool, hydrotherapy experience at the spa and the fabulous kids club! We loved the spa, cocktails at the adults pool and how easy everything was at the resort. The food was exceptional, we did not have a bad meal - the Indian had to be my personal favorite. Delicious! We were on the all inclusive deal and there was an extremely wide selection of wines, cocktails, ice teas, smoothies etc etc. The service was also fantastic everywhere we went - shout out to Hazeem for making sure we had the best week and Naresh and Vishal for their amazing attention to detail when eating in Iru and Bamboo!

The mosquitos were a pain but the island is doing all it can with daily fogging. Take plenty of spray to try and keep them away and a really good bite pen!

all perfect, the staff were amazing, every detail, activities, food..the water is unbelievable, we had the lucky to see a turtle, loads of dolphins and a few breathtaking sunsets. The best holiday ever

Water Villa exceeded our expectations. Being able to jump into the ocean from our deck was incredible. We chose one with a pool and we were not disappointed. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. They had everything from Smoothies to Sushi and freshly made pastries. Good variety of restaurants and cuisines to choose from whilst on the island. The Trio was our favourite, the Sicilian spaghetti it's to die for! Snorkelling equipment was provided for free which we used multiple times throughout our stay. The sealife is beautiful and not to be missed. This was the highlight of our stay. Our butler Ashraf was AMAZING, he made us feel welcome and was on hand for any questions we had. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous in every interaction. Buggys were always on hand to pick us up and take us to dinner etc. Special mention to Shimmy in the bar who kept the cocktails flowing :) The live band who played throughout our stay were BRILLIANT, they took special requests and set the mood for relaxed drinks on the beach. Shark feeding was also an experience.

Whilst cocktails on the All-Inclusive package were vast, the quality was not up to standard you would expect for a 5-star venue. Evening Entertainment was family focussed which is great for families with children but as we were on our honeymoon it wasn't what we were looking for. Exception was the live band who were fabulous!
