The best was the water villa location; the sun; the nice food and the service given by all the staff. Amazing experience overall since we went in low season: And you better make sure you go in low season because being the biggest island in the Maldives could be a nightmare being surrounded by MANY people and MANY kids, the service we’d have gotten would have been a complete different one.

There are several things to do better, small details like a water tap at the entrance of the restaurants or the villas to wash your feet (it’s everywhere in many Asian resorts). We went with the WOW inclusive package and we were told in some restaurant (Kaage-Maldivian Restaurant) we could only have 1 starter and 1 main dish… that’s not all inclusive! The ambassador figure did not help at all since they were not very resourceful and we thought it was a plus service, very confusing, we did not like it. They better keep the quality standards or the resort will lose some value.

To begin with there were just too many things that we did enjoy in this trip. Location: Private beach with immaculate view and water sports awaiting for any sealovers. The white soft sand coupled with the beautiful tones of blue exhudes such a picturesque background. Staff: The "Welcome Home" chant does lives up to its name. Their hospitalty is top notched coupled with friendly and ever smiling individual that makes you feel just at home. Food: You can never go wrong with their widespread of buffet and restaurant palette.Be spoilt for choice. Weather: You must be a lover for the sun, sand and sea!! Activities: The vast island offers vast activities from the land to the sea. Pick your favourite and you are good to go!!

The property is amazing taking all aspect in consideration specially for families, a lot of activities to do a variation in F&B other very big you don’t feel the crowd the beach is amazing, stuff well trained and super friendly.

I liked everything but I have a suggestion, because I was in all inclusive I feel I paid the same amount as people consuming alcohol beverages, you can do two all inclusive including alcohol and no alcohol.

All food options for all meals were outstanding. There were many activities available if you wanted.

Our bed was hard as a rock but we called housekeeping and they brought a mattress topper which solved the issue.

We had an incredibly impressive experience during our stay. From our arrival in Male to the domestic island in Mafaaru, the resort team efficiently handled our transportation. Even during our departure, they remained by our side, ensuring a smooth departure from Male. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, service, response time, resort activities, and safety surpassed our expectations. Our ambassador, Mona, maintained continuous contact with us, ensuring that all our needs and queries were promptly addressed. She played a vital role in helping us make the most of our trip and ensuring our utmost satisfaction. The resort offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars, such as Takari, Andalucia, Wahoo Grill, Madevian Restaurant, Together, Jungali, and Good Vibrations. We indulged in their excellent food quality, and each venue had a delightful atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Overall, our experience was truly exceptional, and we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay. The resort team's attention to detail and commitment to providing a memorable experience were outstanding. There is an interesting incident that is worth mentioning. Due to bad weather, our domestic flight from the local island Mafaaru was delayed, leaving us with very little time to catch our international flight, just around 85 minutes (with only 15 minutes remaining for check-in time to close). Fortunately, Mr. Faris and their colleagues from the resort, efficiently handled our situation. They acted swiftly, taking charge to bypass waiting time of airport bus and luggage receiving, and guided us quickly to the boarding line. To our relief, Mr. Faris's colleague was holding the line for us to check-in, allowing us to board for international airplane in less than 5 minutes. Thanks to their efforts, we managed to catch our international flight on time.

There are a few areas that could be improved upon: - Breakfast options: While Tempo, the only restaurant for breakfast, offers a wide variety of food, there is room for improvement in terms of quality. It would be beneficial to introduce different ideas and themes for each day to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the dining area could be improved by implementing better air cooling solutions, as the current slow fans may not provide adequate comfort in the hot environment. - Pest control: It would be worth considering measures to reduce flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant and bars if feasible. - Bed mattress comfort: To provide a more comfortable sleeping experience, it may be worthwhile to explore alternative mattress options available in the market.

The location, staff, facilities, sports, resort overall were outstanding. The staff especially is there with you from the point you land in Male international airport till you leave. They made our stay very comfortable. The process was extremely smooth and very convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and they were kind enough to give a villa upgrade as well with no extra charge. There are number of activities included such as snorkeling, jet skiing, sunset cruise. Wide variety of cuisines and drinks were included as well under our package. The ocean villa itself was beautiful. I keep highlighting the staff again since they take care of everything you need. Any medical emergencies they go out of their way to make sure you get the proper treatment needed and they have covered my expenses as well for that treatment. They are seriously wonderful people. Would definitely recommend this resort the most if anyone is looking at options in the maldives area. Will come back again :)

Our stay at Siyam World Maldives was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we arrived at Malé Airport, we were treated like VIPs, beginning with a relaxing experience in the luxurious VIP lounge. We enjoyed a complimentary back massage, delicious food, and a chance to unwind before our seaplane journey to the island. This thoughtful touch set the tone for what would become the most unforgettable experience of our lives. Upon arrival on the island, we were warmly welcomed by Mei, and Sabrina, our wonderful host, ensured every detail of our stay was flawless, making us feel truly cared for. Our room was always a delight to return to, thanks to Mr. Mode, who kept it spotless and surprised us with stunning bed decorations each day. His personal touches added so much warmth to our stay. Every meal on the island was a culinary masterpiece, with the staff at every restaurant going out of their way to make each dining experience memorable. Special thanks to the wonderful teams at Tempo, the Thai restaurant, special thanks to Deepak and the fab Lady chef and Wahoo, who added so much joy to every meal with their enthusiasm and hospitality. We also enjoyed Andalusia restaurant. We took part in many excursions around the island, including trips to see dolphins, manta rays, turtles, and the incredible marine life close by. These experiences left us speechless and were truly the highlights of our trip—the beauty of the sea life here is something everyone should see at least once in their lifetime. Every day, we were driven around the island by the most polite and accommodating drivers, Lucky and Money, who were always happy to chat, answer questions, and share local insights. They, along with the entire island staff, were incredibly friendly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The spa was a haven of tranquility, where talented therapists provided exactly the relaxation we were looking for.

We had a wonderful time at your resort and we would like to thank you for your hospitality and service. We especially appreciated the efforts of the chefs Nipun and Chamara at the Tempo restaurant, who prepared mouth-watering meals for us every day. They were very attentive to our preferences and dietary needs, and they always greeted us with a smile. We also enjoyed the company of Gayan at Jungali made us homely with great hospitality skills. I was not happy to see that room service was not included in the all inclusive package. I was disappointed there was not any liquor in the rooms,only wine and beer, which neither of us drink. If we wanted a cocktail while using our pool and slide, we had to go to mint bar, which never had any chairs available and didn’t have any chairs on the beach. The beds were also quite uncomfortable.

The facilities were great for all family members. The beach / pool villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in all restaurants was tasty and my kids really enjoyed it. My only issue was the constant vague communication regarding the seaplane we took there and the free international flight we took back. Many families we spoke to complained about the same thing… The hotel overall is fantastic would recommend.
