Breakfast had a good variety Shuttle service to the airport

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

The staff were absolute gems.

None of the room key cards worked for the first few days of my stay! But the staff were very helpful and accompanied me to my room to let me in each time.

The breakfast was great.

The guest rooms are small.

I really like the hotel location, the safety of the zone it's in and the friendlyship of its workers. I feel confortable in that place that's why I have not been able to book somewhere else.

These days, the shuttle bus has not been available, at least while I came in and also when I was leaving although it is one of the criterias for which I selected ONOMO.

The location is good and safe. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was great.

the place is clean, good variety of food on buffet time, the stuff are well mannered and the water pressure for the shower tap is great.

the rooms are small, the wall finds you right on when you get up , secondly the fact that the toilet and the shower being in different rooms makes it a bit uncomfortable.

I really like this hotel because of the location, the way security is followed up and the staff. This time I had some issues (not with the hotel) and had to extend my stay until Friday. Hope the same rate will apply, they' ve been so caring to me.

Delay at the airport but I think it's due lack of coordination that can be handled quickly and efficiently.

I really like the breakfast as well as the location. The location seems secured and calm, they even have national police personnel in addition of security guards. It is really a "No noise" area.

I thought transportation was included in the rate, only to see the driver requesting for transport fee. And I called the hotel and I could not have someone to clarify the situation. I therefore paid the ten thousands XOF (BCEAO) to the driver for driving me to the airport at 05:30 am. And for me, that's not fair at all. However, I received later a call from the hotel and the interlocutor promised to refund that amount. And up to date, I am still waiting for.
