Cute little hotel in walking distance to the main market and national museum. Excellent breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice, loved the colours. Super comfy bed. The hotel helped us organise the drive down into Senegal. Carole, the director (?) also speaks French and German and was super helpful in organising the drive and explaining what would happen on the way (very helpful when all you find online is telling you you're slightly mad trying to cross a border in Africa by road - it really wasn't that bad although I can't speak for the driver, the lovely Balla, who was the one dealing with the police /military on the way). Overall very happy with our stay, we were made to feel very welcome by everyone there.

The only two things that weren't great was the water pressure and the fact the water temperature was pretty erratic, and the window that was facing a (very close) wall meaning there was almost no day light in the room. But we were really only sleeping in there so that wasn't a big thing for me.

I only stayed a few hours between a late night flight and a tour to Adrar, but could not have been more pleased. This is like a comfortable French country retreat...not expected in Nouakchott. Friendly welcome, a cozy quiet room with everything you would need (clean bathroom, great wifi, coffee makings). Breakfast was great in the very relaxing dining/sitting area on the ground floor. Even fresh orange juice.

That I did not know how great this place was in advance...I booked another hotel for my return to Nouakchott and regret it.

This is a very pleasant and cozy hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with most facilities you would need (water, tea, coffee, etc.). There is a nice restaurant and lounge area to use. Staff are also very helpful and informative.

Only main issue is the very long wait times for food at the restaurant (usually between 40mins to 1.5hrs over the week we were there). The food is actually really good and arguably worth the wait! But its not ideal when you have places to be.

Really an excellent service, very helpful. Brenda in particular is a great and professional manager, who finds solutions on the spot. Thank you!

Kind staff, very clean room and perfect services

Front desk staff friendly and efficient, especially the tall Nigerian man that took care of me upon my checkout. He prepared a perfect breakfast before the stated hours of 7am, printed the itinerary I needed, dealt with other guests in the meantime, ordered me a taxi to the airport and was just very professional. No doubt he will be a Manager and then Owner soon and someday.

aircon was weak waitress in the restaurant can be friendlier wake up call at 6:15am that I didn’t request (but was a good idea, I guess haha)

Stayed here to work for a couple nights before a tour across the desert. Staff was super kind. Rooms a bit small but restaurant and lounge area are available 24/7 so that made up for that. Wifi pretty fast but did freeze every now and again. Location pretty central for the city.

Rooms are small and no elevator.

The director is nice and can speak several kinds of languages. The staffs at the reception are very warm and helpful.

If the food in the restaurant can be updated, that will be perfect.

comfy bed, good internet connection, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Nice internal decor of the hotel. From outside it just does not look like a hotel but a normal residence building.

breakfast could have been much better. They should work on that. rest everything was fine. Even though i booked a deluxe room, they gave me a room without a window. First I thought to complain, but as i was there for only 2 nights, so i did not bother to ask anyone to change my room.

super helpful staff, made my stay very stress free!

not too many food option when you arrive with a late flight but the hotel helped order food when I didn’t have local currency on me.
