The location is wonderful and the facility is awesome. The staff is great and reflects the excellent treatment that they get from management. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The restaurants are great, but I would like to see a more diverse menu with occasional specials, etc. The rooms should include a few glasses and cups. Visitors are forced to go borrow glasses from the bars or restaurants just to brush teeth. The wifi signal is pretty good on the patios and balconeys, but gets weak or dissappears in the room. When moving around the facitilty, I need to log-on to different nodes (like Poolsid) .I suggest that they go to a Mesh wifi network (look at google mesh nodes) with nodes every 25 meters or so. Then you would need only one sign-on like palmaslb to cover the whole facility. Cheaper too.

I think this resort had the nicest property grounds, beach, and restaurants in Los Barriles. It is a really beautiful property. The room was also really well laid out. Plenty of room and storage space. The patio had a great ocean view which you could also see from the bed. It was cool waking up to an amazing sunrise.

We really only had 1 issue, but it is kind of an important one. The beds were both doubles. They were also "taco beds" with a depression in the middle. We hadn't slept on a bed that small in over a decade. The room has plenty of space for a queen. Hopefully the hotel makes that upgrade.

We loved the size of the resort. Big enough that all amenities were right there. Small enough that it felt intimate and our family's rooms were close together.

A few front desk staff were rude. It was shocking because most of the staff were nice and friendly.

The restaurant and waiters were exceptional. Great service, great food. Right on the beach. They made it easy to stay here and problem solve.

The rooms were so-so. my sliding glass door didn’t lock properly, and was a pain to close. The beds were only double beds with pretty crappy pillows. Some of the lights didn’t work.

The pool and the staff were great. Poolside bar was great as was the Bayview restaurant, although it was a bit pricey, beautiful views and beautiful property.

I wish there wasn’t an adults only pool. Too many loud kids in all the different pools.

Your resort is wonderful, your staff is very friendly....loved the ocean view & amazing pool area. Sunrise was more than ever imagined

The spa jets weren't working but the heat made a soaking pool. ATM not working... that's it!

Beautiful location. Beachfront.

Rooms were a little dated and could use some updating. Hot water needs to be run for 5-10 minutes before getting warm.

the beach is INCREDIBLE , clean, quiet and we had the beach almost to ourselves everyday. the sunrises are INCREDIBLE and marine life abundant, you could hear manta rays splatting in the water at some parts of the morning, a true sanctuary

WIFI connection was terribly slow and it would work only at certain areas of the hotel, we were there for work as well as for pleasure, so we constantly had to leave our cabana room to catch wifi signal somewhere else. Make no mistake, this is a resort in a beautiful Mexico pristine coast line , so you will find the PARTY folks looking for anything else but tranquility , however it never seemed to last more than 1 night

We stayed in a bungalow, which was big, spacious and only steps from the pool/beach. It's a beautiful location - not a super luxury hotel or anything, but very clean, comfortable and the room price was right.

The food was a bit overpriced and just ok, not horrible, but not good either - once we explored, we found many better places within a short walk. For drinks, I'd recommend going elsewhere, the tequila bar hours were unclear (closed at 8pm the night we tried to go) and the drinks at the other restaurant on-site were very (!) watered down.

The breakfast was delicious. Loved the fact I could come earlier and get coffee. The view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed walking on the beach and seeing the dolphins and rays.

We wished it could have been warmer.
