Excellent location Clean & Comfortable

Kinda expensive for what it is- it’s not luxury. Reception staff not exactly enthusiastic but ok. Our particular room was large and nice, but the AC only cooled off the couch area, did not get to the bed area at all, and with no other fan in the room that was very uncomfortable. The AC worked great, made the couch area very cool, but it was hard to sleep…

We had dinner and breakfast. Best Camarones I had on our month travel on the Baja. Breakfast great. Amazing beach to walk on at morning low tide.

We travel by motorcycle and the small round half moon driveways are tough to ride on. Luckily there was a gravel side access that ended up being easier for us. Also could have used a few more signs to find the resort.

Location and available food

Poor upkeep, smoke alarm chirped all night in the lobby was heard in the rooms. No one changed the 9 v battery in three days.beep beep beep beep

Very accommodating when my plans changed due to weather. Beautiful room and marvelous location.

Could do with some maintenance. A lot of design went into the decor, but many things are broken or faulty.

The pool and being beach front. Food and drinks where great. Good pricing too.

Sliding door hard to open and close. No hot water for showers. People had loud speakers so choose a room a bit further from the pool if you can.

is a relly cool place very comfy, unfortunately the day was very windy so we had t stay all day at the room. Food was very good and personnel at the check-in and the restaurant in the morning was very helpfull and nice.

personnel at the restaurant at the Afternoon and Night was ok but they can share a smile from time to time.

Fabulous views out to the bay and islands. Good restaurant and facilities for swimming in the pool or walking along the beach. Very quiet, peaceful and well protected.

The town of Bahia de los Angeles has suffered from floods and there is very little to see there, about 10 km south of the hotel. It needs work and help to become a more tourist-friendly destination.

Gorgeous, peaceful hotel right on the beach. Comfy room and restaurant with good food and great waitstaff.

One of the front desk girls seemed miserable to be there. Bed was quite hard. Wish the kayak rentals were more affordable.

The location is perfect to chill and relax. The room is spacious enough for a couple and the bed and covers made us feel as if we were in a spa. The restaurants has delicious authentic foods. The staff at the restaurant went out of their way to find the information I was looking for. It's a charming destination to go to as a couple.

Great location! Pods of dolphins swam by every day! Excellent food in the restaurant. Room was very clean with comfortable beds, good water pressure, air conditioning, and coffee maker in room. Pool and outdoor bar were lovely.
