Location is great being on a large Pack Ocean beach with plenty of geography to explore. We had dinner and breakfast at hotel both of which were well prepared, presented and served. Parking was ample and convenient. The beds were very comfortable and well pillowed. We had no difficulty getting around that property with our mid-sized dog.

Unfortunately, we arrived in the middle of a storm that limited a few of our walks. The tv in our room had no access for our HDMI Fire stick that we could have used as a diversion to the weather . The room did not have a hair dryer although we're sure one would have been available at the front deck.

The location on the beach is great . The road to the hotel is semi paved. They are pet friendly and don’t charge for pets! The restaurant food was delicious. They only offer a buffet brunch on Sunday. I would have preferred a smaller meal off the menu. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel is quite and the beds are comfortable

The grounds could use us a little more upkeep and the shower grout a good scrubbing.

Everyone very friendly and professional. EXCEPT for the young woman at the concierge desk.

Girl at concierge desk TOTALLY USELESS. I have no idea what she is paid to do. When I asked about visiting La Lobera, the site where there are sea lions, she looked at me as if I had 15 heads. She acted as if I had asked to book a tour with Elon Musk to go to Mars. She was a rude sourpuss and a total Sangroncita. Despite her unpleasantness, the hotel is a fabulous, untouched jewel. I would absolutely return, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We are water people so the access to the beach was a big plus for us. The hotel's facilities were more than we expected and the daily housekeeping made an extended stay very comfortable. The staff was fantastic and we made friends easily with the staff who were willing to try their English and helped us with our Espanol! We asked the bartender to watch our van for we had windsurf boards on the top and they were willing to accommodate our wishes.

Security! We were harassed every day when parking our car on the hotel grounds close to the beach so we can unpack our gear and keep an eye on our van. The drive,...was mostly a 2 lane road with lots of traffic, especially in the small towns. Also, we went when the winds were gusting to where sand was blown everywhere (our poor car). Because of the very high winds, paddleboarding was near impossible and only my husband could windsurf (but for short periods). Also, it was sad to see the deserted conference room building.

Great location in front of the sea, beautiful view, very good breakfast, and nice staff. We had to cancel one night as we had to leave earlier and the hotel had no issue with this. Went for a run on the beach which was fantastic

Bathroom and overall bedroom need a bit of maintenance, but is OK. There was a very noisy group in the bar singing in a karaoke and was impossible to be in that area, but we couldn't hear it in our room.

The location was great - alone on a large, empty, beautiful beach.

The restaurant was overpriced with not particularly good food (the chicken was overcooked, but the steak was okay), and spotty service. One night I ordered a second glass of wine when my meal arrived, and I never saw the waiter again.

I think the overall property was to my liking. It was close to the water and very peaceful. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were helpful. They were also dog friendly. There is plenty of parking and would be good for someone pulling a utility trailer needing a place to stay.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like. It was a little bit off the main road and we could have stayed some place a little closer to town but I don't think we would have enjoyed it as much.

The building is lovely. Concrete construction so noise does not travel between rooms. Pools in courtyard were lovely too (although cold!), courtyard was a great relaxing space to enjoy some sunshine. The restaurant at this property is excellent! We enjoyed our meals here very much.

I love you authentic Mexican style. We love all the outdoor space to play volleyball and basketball. The beach is beautiful and there’s always lots of seashells to hunt for the kids not to mention that it’s extremely clean and we appreciate that.
