The grounds are beautiful. The room was perfect with a balcony and sitting area. Location is right in the middle of the other wineries. The staff were always available to help if we needed anything. The room has a mini Nespresso. It was perfect for morning coffee on the balcony.

We didn't try any of their restaurants. We weren't really aware they had any on location until the last day. I wish they had said something at checkin. Especially since their website isn't very informative. They hard charged our "deposit". I had to dispute with my credit card company. The sofabed mattress is super thin They definitely need to replace those.

The pictures don't do this property justice! The rooms are spacious and the grounds are stunning. We fell asleep to the frogs chirping and woke up to birds singing. You go through two security gates to enter the property and are greeted with water and a glass of wine. The staff is super friendly. I enjoyed walking around the property, the fire pits and the proximity to their winery. They have a great spot for breakfast on the grounds. Unlike other wineries, this one is inside. You think you are in Italy. I learned so much on that individualized tour. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Valley and can't wait to come back!

Not a thing!

Our room was clean, modern and had comfortable beds. The property felt secluded and safe and was easy to find on the main road. If you're looking for a quiet get away, this is the place for you.

Everything is far apart on the property. The lobby, pool and restaurants you have to drive to in your own car or ask for a shuttle to come pick you up, but not a bad thing. Just something to note for someone who hasn't been before.

Remarkable resort in Valle de Guadalupe Mexico. A resort with winery...your room is overnlooking the vines fields and mountains, feels like paradise!! Clean and specious rooms, with a balcony to a beautiful view, and a big bathroom with shower. Very comfy bed and mattress... Very recommended!

A bit pricy but still worth it. The hold on my credit card took 10 days to be removed.

The room and facilities were very clean and well kept. The staff were helpful and very attentive. We loved the pool and Latitud 32!

The hallways in the buildings were all tile so you could hear loud noises whenever someone else was in the hallway. Groups of people at their fire pits outside could also be loud, but mostly everyone was respectful and did not stay out late/play music loudly.

Food was great, cleanliness of room great, staff overall was friendly and helpful.

Contract with Lomas Travel - overcharged us for rides and a cancellation that was their fault and inconvenience to us; at check out the hotel tried to overcharge us for food - they corrected it but had we not noticed closely they would have charged us twice for the same item. Felt like it was intentional.

Wine's lover paradise in Mexico, very comfortable, has a mix of luxury and rustic location as you expect in Baja. Year round weather is great, just like Southern California.

The food could have more choices besides Yucatan style, street should be paved so there is less dust flying around.

Confusion between the front desk, the restaurant and the wine tasting room staff. it resulted in what we perceived to be Under delivered wine tasting experiences.

Beautiful setting in the midst of their vineyard. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the reservoir. Friendly and helpful staff.

Roads to and from main toll road poorly maintained. Potholes larger than refrigerators!! Bumpy rides all around.

This was a last minute trip( literally planned our trip that same morning) was a bit skeptical while booking. However once there, it was more than expected. Everyone was super nice. Room was upgraded for free. It was very clean and modern. Transportation to their restaurant was also provided. Literally had a chauffeur at the door for us. Restaurant didn’t disappoint either. It was over looking their vineyard. Service and food was amazing. I can’t wait to visit again!

Restroom shower doors, I know. They were very hard to open and water ran into the outside tile.
