The service was exceptional, everyone super friendly and welcoming. The property is amazing, with access for swimming in private, beautiful blue water

A lot of light shines into the rooms in the morning, but its a good place to wake up early anyways

We loved this place so much! It felt like a dream. We booked two bedrooms through bookings and ended up having huge rooms with three bedrooms each, a very nice bathroom with seperate toilets and a nice patio. The room was very nice and comfortable. The spot is just incredible (the pictures on booking don't give it justice: it is WAY beyond and just incredible). There is mirador with a stunning view on the jungle, the cascade had the most beautiful blue water, you can do massage or temezcal on the place. You are lost in the middle of nature.

It is nice there is a restaurant, but food was not excellent. It was good and convenient, but nothing incredible. You can only get there by driving a car! Make sure you trust your car because it is very deep to get down there.

This place makes you feel you are living in a fairytale! We had booked the waterfall cabin but at check-in, we were warned that it is the furthest away and had the option to move into another room closer to the amenities. After some discussion, they were kind enough to let us have one night in each. Both rooms were HUGE and special in their own ways. While the waterfall cabin is secluded from the main areas of the resort, it added to its charm especially at night when you are surrounded by fireflies and fall asleep to the waterfall flowing. The staff here went above and beyond to help wherever and whenever we needed. Not to mention, the onsite restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food, reasonable prices, and even better cocktails. The perfect unique stay.

There was not anything we did not like! If anything there is a few minor points you may want to know before you stay, such as how massive the property is and you will want to prepare a smaller overnight bag if you plan to stay in the further cabins. You will want to have a car to get here and around this incredible area. We were lucky to avoid the rain during our stay but due to wet season the waterfall was not its usual bright blue and unfortunately too dangerous to swim in.

This secluded property is incredible— beautiful waterfalls, views, and trails to explore. Great food and very friendly staff (especially the lady at the front desk) are the next best things. The bed was big and comfy and the room was very spacious.

The pool looked too dirty to use which is a shame although it rained a lot while we were there so could be that. Our room could have been cozier. There are no hooks or hangers and we had to pull a table and chair in from the hallway just to have some surface area to put anything. Bathroom and shower don’t feel the cleanest but they have windows open to the outside so it makes sense. Still there could be better attention to detail with things like cobwebs on the shower curtain.

The hotel has beautiful grounds including a lovely waterfall, small lake, mini golf, kids area with giant jenga and badminton court. Our kids loved playing outdoors and it was a very relaxing setting.

The restaurant was fairly solid but they seemed to run out of things quite often. A bit more variety would have been nice! We had thought the hotel had a proper pool when we booked but it's actually a very shallow pool that kids can wade in so not quite what we expected.

we loved the peace & quiet, the beautiful cabins, hammocks, River & pool for swimming & the gorgeous waterfalls. wonderful, hospitable staff. Justita (reception) was exceptional, and speaks English!

lack of internet so we were unable to pay by credit card. this is common in the area, so bring sufficient cash!

There are so many good things to say about this wonderful place. It is my wife’s favorite place in Chiapas. The waterfalls and river are beautiful! Nice swimming hole. Tzimol is a lovely town. We felt safe and secure the entire time.

Beatiful resort in the nature, a lot of water, nice natural designs, above the river, relatively good food, great margaritas.

Quite expensive given that there was no wifi in our cabin (nr 5), one faucet did not work, and glass was missing in two parts so there was no protection against moscitos in the room. Overall, resort would need better maintanance.

The location of the hotel is really nice! You can walk down 2 minutes and reach a small waterfall.

The communication with the facility was not so easy.
