Very close to downtown Creel, with an ample parking lot, quiet, and overall, well worth the price. 😀

Just the fact that the heater needed to be turned off before bedtime because it's a propane heater and very risky to keep it on all night.

Excellent location and price, very friendly staff and reliable wifi. It was summer so they weren't using g the fireplace but I bet in the winter it fives the place a cozy and rustic feel. It was about thirty dollars a night, a good value. It was three doors down from the bus station and about a three minut wal to the train office.

The lighting gave the rooms a dingy look, lamps would make the room look better

Friendly staff and a very good service

The location was very close to everything: the train station, Rápidos Cuauhtemoc bus station, water filling station, abarrotes and the plaza central. This place would be more economical for a group of people, rather than a solo traveler. The hotel employees/managers? are friendly and will help you out if you ask.

It wasn't one big thing, but a bunch of little ones. I don't require much of an inexpensive hotel room, but one is that the bed must be clean and comfortable. It was clean, but definitely not comfortable. I was hot all night and woke up with a backache. It was the least comfortable bed during my entire trip. The light in the room was an outdoor light of some kind, and with the low ceiling, it was spotlight-bright with no lamp shade to reduce the brightness. The room looked like it was half finished and the bathroom light switches were in really strange places. There is never anyone at the reception desk; you always have to push the button for any kind of service. They don't tell you that they have bicycles available for rent or that they will put your clothes in the washer/dryer for you, you need only leave the employee a tip. They won't even give you an idea of how much, either. I thought I didn't tip enough until I realized my clothes weren't fully dry. They have Internet, but only in the lobby. It definitely didn't work in the cabañas, but it didn't work at the back of the rooms portion either. It's satellite internet, so be prepared for no internet when it rains (nothing to do with the hotel - just FYI). And what is it about this region that they don't believe in bath mats? I had only qone hotel during my entire trip that had one.
