We were there to watch the eclipse and they let us put up our equipment in the parking lot.
Our beds (24) were horribly uncomfortable. However the other 3 rooms we got had bveey comfortable beds.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance of shopping and eating venues.
The hotel had not paid their cable bill, and a pop-up appeared on the TV that they needed to pay to restore services.

The location is outstanding. Everything is near by, most stores were within walking distance.
The beds were very thin and uncomfortable. Made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep

Location right next to civic centre. Early checkin.
Big glasfront with light af night from outside. Wifi didn't reach my room.

Value! For the price it is worth every cent! Bathroom has a big shower with lots of space for 2 😉
Beds were a bit on the uncomfortable side. Small Tv also Tv controllers did not work well, could only adjust volume and channel but could not adjust the settings for the language. The ac unit in my room did not work at 100%.

The staffs were trying & were very nice and helpful.
We stayed without water for the night & didn’t have water until the next day around 12. We came to Durango for a special occasion & we were concern about us even being able to shower! Also, I paid for a queen bed and was told they only have twin beds, yet they charge you more & don’t worry have what’s available on the website. We saw big cockroaches. The AC wasn’t fully working, began leaking.
