Wonderful place, great staff, beautiful buildings.

There was a couple above us making noise late into the night that disturbed our sleep significantly for the third night of our stay. The manager gave us a complementary breakfast in compensation, which was kind.

The beautiful and very clean property, historic ruins, lovely gardens, and scenic waterfalls. Also, the attentive and helpful staff were wonderful.

Room telephones were not working. The swimming pool needed cleaning. The only restaurant served horrible and overpriced food with a limited menu (see picture).

Very beautiful hacienda with decent clean rooms. The waterfall in the park behind the hacienda is amazing. We did not try the restaurant but the food stands just outside the hotel which were good.

No WiFi in the rooms but in the restaurant. The rooms are basic inside but okay. The Queen size beds are quite hard.

sauna is dry heat only vapor is an option but takes too long for the steam to steam up as the pan holding water and stones is small

Great sense of history in a well-appointed and peaceful locale

Incredible place! History, architecture, beauty, this Hacienda has it all. Walking distance to the Prisms!

With the weather being cold at night it would of been comfortable to have heating units (we saw them up stairs) on the restaurant patio.
