Aside from the reception everything was great. Wish I could have used the pool but it was a one nighter. Hot water was almost instant. Internet speed was 50/10 mbps, which is pretty high for mexican hotels.

You need at least 2 access cards if you are a party of 2 or more, room requires 1 for electrical usage, to use the elevator you also require a card. Location was great for us, we had our own car, for those that dont mind gettting an uber or cab it is also a good option, it is quite the distance from downtown (centro historico), there are other options for those wanting to explore downtown for a few days and want to be in walking distance. Got a room with an even number, a tip for those that care about the view, try to get a room with an odd number above the 2nd floor, you will have a nice city view. When checked in there was an option for a $2700 peso ($130 USD) room service tab, I declined it.

I loved the view to my view and the restaurant food is delicious.

I hope they can fix the hot tub and also update the ladder in the pool as it only has to steps to go in and out and it was very hard for me to exit out of the swimming pool.

Great location, super nice staff, clean rooms. Real good breakfast buffet. We love our stay. We will definitely be back.

The staff was wonderful. Location was very confortable. Rooms were very confortable too.

But check in took 40 minutes more of the expected. Tv channels didnt work in some rooms and channels were very limitated. The key sistem was terrible we had, and some guests too, problems opening the door.
