Excellent location and a great price.

Access to my room was through the garage. It would not be difficult to put in a wall between the garage and make a hallway from the main hall to the back rooms. It would be much less industrial that way. The sliding door to the room would not stay locked. If anybody had climbed over the railing from another room, they could’ve easily opened the door. A simple fix would be to put a dowel at the base of the door in the track so that the window could only open a few inches , and nobody could climb through. Also, the retracting mechanism on the blinds would not work.

We stayed in Tula to see the archeological site, which was breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast. The hotel is located right in the historic center...fun place to walk around and have dinner. A great value!

Not many amenities (for 4 stars), one room had no window and breakfast was tasty, but not that extensive.

The hotel is very nice, quite clean and quiet. Yes, you can hear voices from the adjacent rooms, but it is expected due to the age of the building. Overall it was very nice.

The stairs to the upper floors are large and they end up at the bottom in diagonals. If a person with disability reaches the hotel it becomes almost impossible to reach the upper floors. To overcome all this, the hotel should have a lift.

Frigde, AC was quite efficient and friendly staff

Too small room for 4 people. There was not a lot of space for our things and each of us travelled with two backpacks. Only one toilet paper roll for 4 people and we needed to ask for another ones.
