I enjoyed my stay there very much. I love the locality of it.. walking distance to all the shops across the street from the church it's clean the. Shout out to the front desk, Rosie ,Jasmine, and another young lady. They were excellent, and the staff at the restaurant we've were courteous,nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that the gardeners across from the two plazas were doing maintenance work at 5:00 in the morning with leaf blowers, and you can hear it from the hotel.

The location is in downtown, walking distance to most shops, mercado and church del sagrado corazón very convenient

When I was ready to sleep and took the cover off the bed their was hair on the sheets and not from anyone’s head if you know what o mean. Once I notified the reception desk, took them 45mim to get everything resolved. Meaning to wash the covers and sheets. I was not changed to another room. I was tired from the drive there and being out and about so this made me very irritated.

Loved the location. Absolutely gorgeous town. I Needed the room to be able to have privacy with so many family members in town and was so happy to be able to have the space while grieving my Grandmother Mamagrande

Lolas rooftop starts to close down foe the night and you can hear them scraping tables and chairs across the floors I'm assuming to clean up. But it goes on for an hour then stops

The room was clean, the staff was amazing, and the location of the hotel was excellent.

What we did not like was that the AC unit in our room would leak water onto the floor even when it was turned off, and we had to keep putting towels under it to keep it from getting all over the floor. Our room did not have any windows, and it got very humid when we would take a shower. But the staff tried their best to accommodate us and we had a great time.

The location was perfect. We were there for a funeral. The church was literally across the street. I didn’t know they served breakfast there. The first day our room door didn’t close all the way, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate my family and I. They gave us two room for the night for our inconvenience. The girl at the front desk who checked us went above and beyond to assist us.

My daughter and I walked back into the hotel one day. Two employees were sitting on the chairs that are placed in the entrance of the hotel. One of the employees decided to ask right when we were at the elevator if we were staying there. I might add she was looking down at her phone this whole time.I felt that was unnecessary. Especially since we had already been there for a day or so. No one else asked us that. The rest of the staff always greeted us. Other than that, my entire stay exceeded my expectations.

The view and the general location

The portable AC remote was super dirty. The room felt slightly dirty walls could’ve been cleaned better.. But my biggest complaint is that the restroom is very small. I’m relatively thin and I have problems using the facilities because the toilet is so close to the shower in the sink that one can barely fit there. I’m edition there was a sewer smell that was evident coming from the bathroom. Once we close the door, the older subdued, but it’s definitely a problem they need to work on.

Ideal location if one wants to be in town center. Just a block away from the mercado. Has rooftop restaurant with great food. AC works and clean. Has an elevator but stairs are easy to walk up.

No fridge and ironing. Not a big deal but noticeable.

Love the high ceilings, Decoration, Location.

That you can heard all the loud music that people play in their cars late at night or super early. Maybe the hotel needs to change the windows so the guest can rest better and truly have an experience.

We don’t have any breakfast, I think this is something the hotel need to add, because we know this town have a lot if place for eat, but when somebody arrive late the less we want to do it’s find something to eat

rooms were spacious. I had a suite for 6 with 2 bathrooms. plenty of space. staff was very helpful and very nice. loved the balcony facing church and plaza. there is a rooftop restaurant on the 4th that’s great and accessible from our rooms. beautiful view.
