Quiet, good location outside the city center closed to restaurants. Spacious underground parking 🅿️. Rooms are very clean and everything working perfectly. Smart TV 📺 and great water 🚿 pressure in the shower. Great common areas. Breakfast included and very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tepa is surprisingly in an economically very good shape and well worth a visit.

Very clean. You need your room key to enter the parking lot so no one else can enter unless they’re staying there. There’s also a store right under very convenient.

The way we sometimes had trouble getting the elevator to work with our key and everything would just turn off.

The air conditioner was a blessing during the day, the weather was unexpectedly hot and being able to relax once I arrived was really great. The services rendered by the staff especially the cleaning personnel was incredible and efficient. Mrs Altagracia Gutierrez was wonderful .

I wish I was told there would be construction during my stay. I was located on the second floor and the constant hammer banging was a real problem at key times during my visit. Also an expensive prosthetic denture was thrown away. Unfortunately I left it wrapped in a tissue and it was discarded.

2nd time I stay at this hotel, this place is so clean,I love it. I like everything here, the rooms are great, I really recommend this hotel, and the staff, everyone is so helpful.

The restaurant is supposed to close at 11 am, for breakfast, I went 15 mins before and it was closed already

Noisy neighbors, rooms not insulated, you can hear and feel the cell phone from the next room. Cleaning staff starts early and are quite loud in the hallway, interrupting morning zzz zzz .

We arrived 1-day early . Booked same day from airport . Breakfast was delicious & we received 1-complimentary drink each . Fernanda went above & beyond to refer & make appointment to nail spa 1- block from hotel . Valeria at front desk was pleasant . Loved the gym as we squeezed early work out . The sitting area was great for my husband to work on his laptop . I would definitely start here again ;-)

I didn't appreciate we where charged $50 dollars for for early check in . Which didn't make much of difference since check in was at 4pm we were given the room at 2pm .

The entire hotel, especially rooms look exactly like the photographs! Lovely and brand new looking! Excellent underground parking! Super sweet staff from front desk to breakfast servers and housekeeping! I room had the best air conditioner ever! Dead silent and super efficient and easy to regulate the temperature. We want to live in this hotel full-time! Jajaja

No hairdryer in room, could only get ice from the bar on the third floor…closed at 9 pm

It was very clean and modern looking. Service was great the staff very friendly. Breakfast was very delicious and the jacuzzi was very clean which made it more enjoyable. Very nice views
