Breakfast-buffet was good with a pretty nice food and flavours variety. The room was comfortable, big without being too empty, and nicely lit with great temperature. Bed was very comfortable and roomy. Location is pretty good in terms of transportation and proximity to a Walmart which only becomes a nice addition.

Pretty much everything was excellent. The only drawback is the proximities at night as it is poorly lit, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

There is staff to clean the rooms every day, the bathroom is clean, there is both hot and cold water, and you will never run out of toiletries in your shower. The space is pleasant.

As a Caribbean person, it was necessary to change my mindset and adapt to the breakfast meals. Everything seemed a bit new, but it's part of the life of a tourist.

This hotel very clean and quiet. The staff is very considerate and an excellent breakfast. It's very cool during nite no heater in their room. I'll definitely stay again, and it's fair 4 the price

No air conditioner, coz it is a single cheap room,just a fan, it already shows in pics and list.but in winter it is OK. And no ice machion and Hot drinking water machion But at lobby, you can use microwave and vending machion.

It was the best of three hotels we stayed in Mexico. The stuff was helpful and we liked the modern design of the room. The location is perfect, there is Walmart and transportation stations next to the hotel. I really recommend the hotel.

Low soundproofing between the rooms, every day we were woken by the alarm clock of the neighbors at 6a.m. But luckily the others were very quiet.

The place was clean, easy to access and move from metro nativitas, but it's not a good street to be moving on night

They Should include few things in break fast it is very limited and only pork and egg , No Vegetarian food and NO Chicken.

Good sized rooms for 1 person, good location, very clean!

There's was no sound isolation in the room Inwas staying so you can hear the cars, buses, ambulances passing by at any time. I can sleep through it but I can see how other people wouldn't.

Friendly staff, clean though the second time I found hair on the ground and bed. It wasn’t mine as I had braids

Rooms not sound proof. The closer to the street the more noisy it is. You hear actually everything. Nevertheless, I like it. I was able to zoom out and sleep without the provided ear plugs for the noise cancelation.
