Breakfast was very good 😋, enough variety and the staff was friendly, respectful and professional.

Everything was very good only the freon desk was a little un helpful the day that arrived but nothing to bad. One more thing is the supply of water I personally keep myself hydrated but is hard to keep baying bottles of water when I usually drink 1 o 2 liters of water a day. WATER SHOULD BE FREE and not necessary in a bottle I think they should have a filter water free supply.

Very cozy room, super comfortable bed, spectacular view from the terrace, with a very nice pool and bar. Overall aesthetically a very pleasing experience. Tasty breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Mostly friendly staff.

A guy at the entrance asked us twice if we had a reservation before letting us pass. We had previously been at the terrace just for drinks, without staying, and it is normally perfectly fine, so this question was unnecessary and rather rude. I told this to the guy himself and he stopped, but it was uncomfortable anyway. The cocktails included a bad one, which the staff happily changed for free, but the substitute was still suboptimal. We didn’t want to say anything further because the waiters were friendly. There was a convention, so I guess the bar was understaffed for the event, as other times we’ve had a very pleasant experience at the bar.

Check in was fast and staff were very nice and helpful at all times. We even got a gorgeous and delicious Christmas dessert on the house delivered to our room! The place is beautiful and very clean, spacious, and well decorated. The view from our room was perfect, lots of trees and the beautiful patio made us feel relaxed and happy. It was great spending the night at the Hotel, we will definitely come back.

The automated lights in the bathroom were acting out, turning themselves on and off throughout the night.

Beautiful modern facilities with spectacular views from the room. Great buffet breakfast. Waiters were extremely nice. Comfy beds.

Everything! The hotel has beautiful views of the greener side of Mexico city. It is super close to Six Flags and the beautiful town of Coyoacán where Frida Kahlos home is. It's also minutes from the famous ARTZ mall which is easily the fanciest mall I have ever seen in the Western Hemisphere! We stayed on the fifth floor and had access to daily snacks and canapes so that we could enjoy food for free daily. The breakfast buffets were divine and the Italian coffee capsules are memorable!!!!

San Jerónimo is 20-22min in an Uber away from the downtown so the distance was the only thing but with ubers we managed to move around with ease alllll over Mexico City for not such a high cost.

roof top staff excellent. the manager the first night on the roof top lent us ponchos to keep warm ( we did return them!). the second day my sister left her watch on the lounger and a member of staff found it and handed it in ( showed great honesty and was very much appreciated). Alain ( reception staff) was also very helpful sorting out a late check out for us as compensation for my sister not having two double beds as booked. he even came up to the roof top to find us to let us know. the restaurant food in the evening was also very good.

The Galeria Plaza San Jeronimo was an excellent hotel. The overall hotel left a great and very modern impression. The room was also even nicer than I had imagined from the pictures. The size of the room was great and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious. The buffet breakfast offered great value for money and provided delicious food, with more Mexican options and more 'Continental' options. We also visited the rooftop bar and the waiters there were on top of their game and supported us as a large group in an extremely friendly and efficient manner. Drinks were good and generous; food options were decent for a bar.

The staff at reception and the concierge were ok for basic requests. While they still answered questions or helped with things that exceeded day-to-day items like checking-in, they seemed to have been a annoyed by anything else (even getting laundry done).

Stay was comfortable clean and staff was superb. Buffet breakfast was great too.

The walls between rooms are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors have a normal conversation not to mention other things.

Beautiful hotel the view from the pool is always amazing

The pool wasn’t heated properly this time also can be a bit difficult to get a Uber the entrance is really small and they have to get ticket to not be charged they should fix that to 15 min grace period

The breakfast was very good in a lovely setting. However, they can expand and offer a wider variety. The staff was awesome! I loved how spacious the room was. The layout of the room and ultra modern features and everything with sensor .touch. Great View. My favorite was the rooftop pool 360 view of Mexico City and the jacuzzi and restaurant. What a view honestly. Lovely weather. The reception staff was great too, Antonio two other gentlemen I can not recall names but fast and efficient as soon as you call the concierge that is quite amicable in helping you have the best stay possible. Also nearby within walking distance Starbucks, le Pain Quotidien, Globo bakery and a pharmacy.

I was very pleased. Very modern and spacious rooms, great view. Everything with sensors super modern. My only caveat was the extra security, you couldn't visit one floor just your floor and the shared amenities. since we were a group many of us were on different floors, but I understand. The entrance for the ubers/taxi to the hotel is not the most accessible a bit weird in design. Overall a 5 star stay and 5 stars for the staff.
