I booked a nine day vacation for myself & elderly parents in a room with two double beds. We arrived at night after check-in & there was no issues. The room had plenty of space for us & our luggage. The bathroom area has no door for privacy just the glass shower door & door for the toilet room. The room air conditioned & worked real well when needed. Barely any noise at night & during the day. We could have used one extra chair for sitting. I requested extra pillows for both beds & they satisfied my request prior to arriving. The staff was excellent in the mornings & late night - we were out of the hotel almost all day everyday. The staff went above & beyond in assisting my mom who needs assistance walking and they let us borrow the hotel wheelchair while we stayed in the hotel which was just a life saver to make my mom comfortable. The location was great for all your needs plus they have a car port in front of the hotel to wait for your transportation which makes it easier when using an Uber. I was very pleased with this hotel & staff.

The main bathroom area needs a door for privacy to separate the bedroom & bathroom. Also, maybe an extra chair or bench.

The staff don't change, which is a good sign for the management, and means they recognize that I am a frequent and loyal guest. The concierge team in particular (Juan Pablo, Rafael and Mario) is great. The hotel design is very basic but everything is pleasant, well maintained and functions well. The food in the dining room is good and provides a decent selection at a fair price. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the beds are comfortable and there are nice touches in the room like useful amenities, robes and a small kettle. The shower and toilet always work well. The location is excellent and with the exception of the rooms facing the roof top bar next door, the rooms are quiet. I have been to the best hotels in the world and I'll say that what one gives up in beauty and glamor at this hotel one wins back in consistent quality in spades. My go to hotel in Mexico City.

The pastries in the continental breakfast are not very good.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Communication barriers were barely a concern. There are a few hotel employees worth mentioning... Especially Angel, at the front of the hotel. Luis and Daniel in the restaurant, were very patient, efficient, and kind. All of our housekeepers were amazing, kind, thorough, and attentive. And Jose' in the a.m. kept the coffee going for my friend every day that we were there. We spent 8 days at this Hotel. The pool and ease with getting taxi's were all amazingly top notch. I was traveling with my severely disabled little boy and my friend. We were there for a medical procedure throughout the week for my son. What would have been extremely stressful for this Mom, actually became a sincere memory making time. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond with having exceeded any expectations that I had. We will be staying here again. I'm grateful and blessed with the overall embodiment of the staff. Their caring nature, truly made this trip easy and memorable.

Only issue might've been the "continental breakfast". Once in awhile there would be a biscuit. But the coffee had always been empty and the "continental breakfast" was honestly nonexistent. But even with that, the overall experience still came out extremely positive.

Friendly staff, location, clean, comfortable beds. Good size room for my mother and me. Martin was the first person to welcome us to the hotel, very friendly. Helped with our luggage. Have a nice Restaurant. Captain Jorge was always checking to make sure everything were okay. excellent Chef Ricardo Paredes and Guillermo. Thanks to two friendly waiters Cesar and Julio. to make us felt at home.

Comfortable, clean and location is closer to the World Trade Center in México City. Had an event to attend. Also, the hotel facility helped to arrange tourist attractions and offer us a hotel taxi service. Mario Vargas was excellent tourist guide he drove mom and I to around the city. Very friendly and professional.

I think your Wi Fi offering is bellow par. If you wish to be a boutique business hotel, your Wi Fi coverage needs to be stronger. Maybe with repeaters in EACH room. Like Araiza in Mexicali does it. My expectations wpuld be that your Wi Fi blows me away. Right know it is bearly pasable. I had to use my hotspot a couple of times. Please address this ASAP or I will address my choice in hotel in CDMX. I have been your patron for over 10 years. Please act promptly. Kind regards.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The entire property is spotless, with comfortable rooms that make it easy to relax after a long day. And the food is absolutely delicious – it's clear they put a lot of thought and care into their menu. It's the perfect place to combine work and comfort.

Rooms are big and the bed has a nice soft touch. Love they leave you water bottles every day. Shower is really big, water pressure is nice. I also loved the enclosed WC. They were kind enough to let us have a late checkout

I didn't love the pillows but they were way better than in other hotels. I think it's ridiculous they charge extra for using a meeting room or work center when you are already paying for staying there.

Very good room, good breakfast and great shuttle service. They came to pick me up at the airport at 1 am. Best choice close to Guadalajara Airport.

There was too much noise at night. At kept listening to this nightclub music. I had a room at the first floor. Had to turn on the tv to be able to fall sleep.

Just everything is perfect, I literally live 50% of my life in hotels and this one is top 3 on more than 300 hotels, the piloows thé quietness the smile and kindness of the people the food at the restaurant the jackuzzi amd the pool the room furniture water chocolates etc and the reception just make you feel at home I will always come here…and will miss this place for sure

I wished we could open the windows in the room as it got a bit humid and stuffy as the a/c went off by itself during the night
