This was by far my FAVORITE place of our whole trip!! Our room was super roomie. It had a nice TV, fridge, sink, King Size bed, sofa, good bathroom with a rain shower head. Our window was looking out to the street. They have parking around the corner from the hotel, which would be a 3 minute walk, but if you are lucky, which we were every day, you can park on the street right across the street from the main entrance. The staff here was AMAZING! Just AMAZING! They helped us with our dog, to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure she was safe at night. They were very communicative as well. The price is a steal! It has great location, with downtown being a couple of block away. Within a 5 minute walk you have pan dulce, multiple restaurants, burger places, coffee shops, cathedral, big historical plaza, etc. They have a small bar with a pool table that placed great music at night. On the upper floor, they have a small kitchen, which serves breakfast that is included with your stay every morning. I had chilaquiles every single day because they were that good. We also had lunch one day with included one of the best fish I've ever had, and some delicious Aguachile. It was an amazing stay and I'll do it again every single time I visit Tepic.

Nothing I didn't like. I saw some other rooms that might've been smaller than mine, but I had room number 1 and it was amazing. No complaints here at all! Parking could be closer, but you can literally walk anywhere.

The staff here were all fabulous. Nothing was a bother to them. From breakfast chats to calling taxis, they were so helpful. Such a good location too. A street and a half away from the old centre. Very good value.

I had a room under the kitchen, so it was sometime a bit noisy early in the morning.

This is a funky and eclectic hotel, close to the center of Tepic. The staff are delightful, and could not do enough to help us. A special mention to Hector the manager. What a lovely man! Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace and included in the price. It is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. I should also mention that they are pet friendly, which is a huge help. Secure Parking is also provided a short distance from the hotel.

i checked in late at night (or should i say morning) 4Am so i had a not so friendly welcoming..bedroom was good,bathroom it felt more like a guest bathroom,small, toilet next to shower only thing separate them from was a thin curtain.. there's a small table to eat..(it was so uncomfortable to eat because it was kinda loose)..so I'd say it was "ok"

Very friendly staff especially in the kitchen. Great location only a few blocks from the Centro. Wonderful rooftop lounge with nice breezes. Great King bed for sleeping and a very quiet room. Would definitely stay there again.

Would have liked a ceiling fan to distribute the air.

The hotel is charming throughout. From the gorgeous rooms to the delightful sitting nooks all tastefully decorated. A lovely rooftop Cafe for breakfast features a telescope where you can take a closer look at the cathedral and the surrounding mountains. A short walk to the zocolo. Great staff - friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.

Our room had a small kitchenette and a coffee maker. However there were no cups, cutlery or anything for taking advantage of the kitchen. Perhaps you have to ask for those. This was a pretty minor thing though.

The staff were wonderful and the building and outdoor spaces were lovely!

The bathrooms could use places to put your shampoo, soap, toothbrushes etc. The beds could use reading lights and plugs near the beds as well as a table near the bed. The pet fee is 150 pesos which is not bad but not free.

The hotel was a hidden gem in Tepic. The manager Patricia and her staff took care of my every need. The top floor terrace restaurant served great food and the staff were terrific.

I didn't like that my schedule prevented me from spending more time there.

The place is amazing. Beautiful common areas and amazing rooftop Mirador. My animals felt immediately at home here. It is just a couple of blocks from the cathedral and center plaza. Many good places to eat. Gorgeous room.

The parking is very awkward. I had to park blocks away and walk to check in, then walk back to the car and maneuver the one-way streets to find the parking lot which is about a block away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in getting my stuff to the room, though. It rained for a while and the lobby flooded. It is clear that flooding on the ground floor is common and the city streets turn into rivers. Go with a sense of adventure.

Location, design of the hotel was nice. Great A/C, included breakfast was a nice touch. Nice powerful flushing toilets. Fridge and sink was nice feature. Laundry service was also great. Common areas were very cool to chat with other folks. Not that it matters to most people, but very cute women make up the staff. Also cool was a safe in your room to keep some valuables. Sinks worked great, no backing up of water. Great, great service.

Stove was kinda useless, microwave would be better. Hotel was nondescript on the outside, but not a big deal. Bathroom was too dimly light, hard to shave in the dark.
