I would give this place a solid four stars! The location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I appreciated the adequate wifi and spacious rooms equipped with smart TVs. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus as well. However, I was a bit let down because my reservation promised a landmark or garden view, but instead, I found myself just a meter away from another building. Overall, a great stay despite the view issue!

The location is good, in the city's historic center. The front desk staff and other employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast cook is amazingly fast and accurate at making omelettes and other breakfast foods for a long line. The hotel and room were nice and clean.

I wish there was a small fan to keep flies from landing on the fruit in the buffet. Also, the coffee was quite bitter. They were doing a lot of work on the 5th floor, and the hammering got old fast.

Free underground parking, excellent buffet breakfast with made to order omlettes, eggs and hotcakes and chilaquiles, fruit bar, super clean facilities, great onsite restaurant for dinner, coffee shop, upscale decor, safe in room, view of town plaza, walk to everything, lots of shopping nearby, view from room in photos

Nothing not to like!

The rooms and general facilities were clean. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

One of the women’s bathroom stalls, by the restaurant, needs the lock to be fixed. It takes FOREVER to get food at the hotel restaurant. We order an appetizer and it finally came with the main course! On Saturday the waiter was terrible. Poor attitude- only time he showed friendliness is when he asked about the amount of tip to include on the bill, when it was time to pay.

Clean, amazing breakfast, has a restaurant, coffee place, ice cream place. Great service and nice staff. Good location. Hair dryer didn't work and they immediately solved it with another one.

Hard to get an Uber but there are taxis that pass by. There was construction in the Church in front of the hotel, very noisy workers. Can see everything from the outside of the window of 114, so no privacy if you open the curtains.

Perfect location close to everything, also easy access to taxis. Great restaurants. Full Breakfast included, delicious food with a lot of variety. Very clean and felt safe. Professional staff. We stayed 8 nights

Bathrooms can be updated

The Breakfast was great. There was lots pf variety, as well as local Mexican food. I also liked the cooked to order omlettes. The receptionist who checked us in was fantastic and very helpful and had great tips regarding the city. We stayed with a four month old baby and the room was comfortable and had what we needed.

Excellent! Very clean room, spacious. Excellent personell in check - in in breakfast service. Very, very polite. Good breakfast according to European view, Excellent what we have seen so far in Mexico. Highly recommended. located. Very center located, next to the church.

I like the location it’s in the heart of Tepic. The restaurant at the hotel is great. It has really good food. Also, the complimentary breakfast is exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay.
